I had a great experience at James furniture. I brought a lot of furniture. Anthony was a huge help! I couldn't have asked for a better sale's person. I know I'm so indecisive but he was patient. I'll definitely be returning.

Should’ve bought elsewhere. Bad quality furniture that breaks somehow within a month. Maybe they should change their distributor.

The best furniture experience I've had ever. From the time i walked into the store I was warmly greeted by almost every employee. They were all knowledgeable and very pleasant. I was able to get everything I needed to furnish my home, from the dinning room, the living room and bedroom they have a great exquisite selection for all budgets. They also have a couple of options available when it comes to payment for the product which is great. If I could have gave more stars I would and I will definitely recommend this establishment to every and anyone in the market for new furniture.

Came in and Anthony helped me, he was so patient with me selecting my furniture since I’m so picky. I recommend asking for him he really makes his customers feel important I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN to get my living room set. Delivery was also fast !!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had throughout the time I’ve been decorating my home .. first I want to say the lack of customer service they have is crazy & I know that more than anybody because I work in customer service and I would never in a millón years treat my customers like he did , he sold me non existent product !!! Telling me he would have it deliver it by this Saturday when he didn’t have the product at ALL worst worst Hispanic furniture dealer & the prices are horrible for the quality ! Pls save ur time and take ur money and time else where

I loved going to this furniture store. Tico one of the store associates there helped me pick out the perfect bed for me and my wife. Customer service is exceptional and I was very pleased with my experience. If you need good furniture at a good price that's convenient I would recommend trying them out! Thanks!

Outstanding customer service! It’s nice to find a business that will still go out of their way to satisfy a customer. They have many options that fit my needs. Super friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure, just helpful when needed. Extremely happy with my purchase. All around pleasant experience!

Moving to a new place I wanted all new furnitures and after googling furniture stores I came across James furniture and I got to say it was the first store I went in and I just absolutely fell in love with the stuff they carried, very clean and employees were def a 10 star to me .... just keeping it short I ended up buying all my furniture from there, I’m definitely a happy camper. Would def recommend to anyone looking for new and beautiful furniture and not forgetting great customer service.
