this is our family dentist office and I can't begin to give enough positive feedback for them. Not only do they always provide you with excellent care, they make sure they work you in when you need work done. The staff is always so friendly and the dentists and aides provide you with such care, makes you feel calm and ready to have the work done!........and I might add, we are so fortunate to have this facility here in our little town! Thank you again, Beulah.
You will receive a warm welcome when you enter the waiting room. Expect to review/ update your information at the front desk. Then you will be shown to your room to discuss your last visit - Q&A - proceed with the process of cleaning your teeth. When the cleaning is complete, Doc comes in, will ask for an update while checking your teeth and at that time will make any recommendations/options needed for further care. You will then receive a "goodie bag", return to the front desk to finalize the details of your visit. Thank You!
I had my teeth cleaned by Allison 12/02/22. It was a great experience as always. She is a very kind efficient hygienist. The entire staff is always friendly and treats you like family.
Once again, great service from James River Dentistry. The whole team is wonderful. Highly recommend them!
My husband had an x-ray taken that showed he had a cavity he scheduled an appointment to have it removed and filled. He came in for the appointment and they took an x-ray and told him he had a cavity and they would need to reschedule an additional appointment a month later! Such a waste of time money travel! So we went to Bridge City Dentistry set up an appointment to get x-ray and cavity removed and wouldn't you know it they gave him an x-ray and removed his cavity and filled it all in one appointment as scheduled. James River is Incompetent and here to waste your time and money. Bad business stay away from James River Dentistry.
I have issues getting comfortable at all at the dentist. I’m always on edge and never relaxed. The lady *I forgot her name* Allison I think was pretty good at easing the experience. Even allowing me to sit up to take breaks. Great dentistry.
Our family has been going to James River Dentistry for almost 15 years and love the top notch personal care we receive. Today I took our 8 year old son in to have a cavity filled. He had no idea what to expect, and came out in a great mood. He was clueless that they gave him a shot to numb the area. The staff were great with him... used fun kid terminology that wasn’t scary. He thought it was hilarious that Dr. Cudworth was digging out the cavity bugs and sucking them away We travel 45 miles to come to this clinic and love the town and the business. Way to go for offering great service in a small town!
I recently moved to N.D. with my wife who was born and raised in New Rockford N.D. The staff at James River Dentistry are wonderful people. I don't know anyone who likes going to a Dentist especially me. However, Dr. Ellingson and her Dental staff take that edge off with their kindness, patience and courtesy.
My recent visit to James River Dental was absolutely top notch. Everyone at the office was pleasant and very professional. My hygienist and dentist were both very skilled and provided the best of care. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks JRD.
I called in as a prior patient that had a cavity to be removed. I had stated I have a metal filling with a cavity underneath. I have no issues with it just want old metal filling removed and decay cleaned out and new filling put in. I asked when there was an opening . I came in for my appointment and sat down in the dental chair 4 mins into my 11:45 appointment and they looked at the tooth and at 12:04 they told me they can’t remove my filling and clean the decay and install a new filling like I requested as there was not enough time! I requested off of work!! I then drove 65 miles to the Appointment! One way. Then they want me to pay for coming in and the time and who knows what else even though they did Nothing of what I asked or was scheduled for. Then the good doctor tells me she has noticed this for the last two years and wants me to come back and get it done!!! Insane I have never been so belittled of my time and money!
