TRAINER BACKGROUND
I graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Niagara College. I am certified through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology as a Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) and have also completed my Level 1 Pilates training through STOTT Pilates. I believe in taking my clients through fitness programs that incorporate your everyday functional movements and putting a fun spin on fitness. Having experience training with many different individuals that have medical conditions and injuries, I am able to provide rehab-based training to get you on your way to pain-free living. I also provide Bootcamp and Yoga classes that help suite everyone’s interests and offer a great butt kicking! Client Specific Meal Plans and at home/gym workout plans are also available
