Come and enjoy a workout designed specifically for women. A half-hour workout consists of 1 minute on hydraulic equipment that targets a major muscle group alternated with a minute of cardio exercise. A series of stretches at the end insures you get the most out of your workout. Hydraulic equipment means that you work against your best ability without the need to set weights. 3 to 4 workouts a week will strengthen your core, keep you toned and improve your flexibility and balance.
Located just past China Bistro in Paugus Bay Plaza (the building with the purple awnings). If you park in front, we are down the hallway on the right. From the rear parking lot. come in the side entrance, turn left at the glass doors and we are 2 doors up on the left side. Signs to Zoom Fitness are located in the front entranceway and inside the side entrance.
