How could you not love JCPenney's it's yes corporate owned but still prices are pretty good here.
I went with my hispanic girlfriends’ family and there was a racist old lady following us the entire time. She was wearing a grey sweater, didn’t see a name though.
Great location with hidden deals. Great place to test your sale hunting skills. We spent 3 hours shopping for dress's and bra's and bought a 120$ dress for only 36$. After finding out our sizes we were able to take advantage of their online sales and the pick-up was ready in store within 5 minutes. The cherry on the cake is the checkout staff always smiling and thanking us for visiting.
Staff encountered were excellent. I was not pleased about a pickup no longer needed. It arrived too late to the store. Had to go inside and wait in line to pick up. Had to get out and then back in line to do return. Should have online cancel/credit option for online orders. Made a trip and wasted gas for nothing. :
Just not much in clothes to choose from if your a women in your 40's. Have to go on line instead. Very clean store.
JCPenny is always a goto merchandise store for my family. I am glad they are not closed and still there. The store is easy in and out and hardly ever crammed with people. It is clean and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
I haven't shopped at JCPenny since I was a teenager. My son was dead set on being an older star wars character for Halloween and JCpenny was the only store that had the costume. I ordered online and chose deliver to store. When I received my email that the costume was ready for pick up, I went to the store. Pulled up the email and the girl at the register told me that order cannot be found. So I showed all of the emails confirming purchase so she scanned again and said sorry she didn't have the order that I should call the 1-800 number. That annoyed me because I feel like she should have asked someone to look but she didn't. She was alone at the register and was probably more eager to check out the people that were waiting. I get it. So I went back to my car, called the 1-800 number. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for someone to tell me its definitely at the store. So I waited in line again, told the girl what the online service told me. She scanned again and of course there was no difference. I told her to please go look where they keep the orders for it. And she said it would be too hard because there is so many. So I told her to refund me. She said she couldn't on an online order. So I asked to see a manager. She didn't call a manager. She called a co-worker who was a lot more helpful and after 20 minutes did find my order. The point is the cashier should have been more helpful. If I had followed her guidance I would still be going in circles. She should have gotten a manager involved right away. Anyway, I don't have any desire to return shopping here.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices aren't unreasonable. Love it when they have clearance sales. Got a really nice dress for a wedding for a steal! I will be going back to find some shoes and accessories. Best price for what you get.
This store is really nice. It is always well organized very little in the isles.good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly. Found nice bath rugs and a robe on this trip.
Please be advised that this location is CLOSING and running a liquidation sale. This store is scheduled to close the end of October 2022. From what I've been told, most of the help was laid off & they only have 1 cashier working up front. And NO mention about this closure on the JC Penney website.
