I always go here for my special dresses and formal wear. They always have great prices and many sorted sizes and lengths to choose from. I never fail to find something special and very pretty on super sale or clearance then I can buy 2!! Also excellent prices on everyday wear as well! My perfect store for cloths and Jewelry! 10 Stars!!!
They put a playground in front of the store. Some of the toys in the playground require money. Cashier refuses to break a $10 bill. I will never shop here again. No wonder these stores are going out of business.
Hello, everyone this is doll in a restaurant, but this time I went yesterday to look for the fist for my fiance, stepfather, and a friend of my fiance as he and his beautiful family were the one that was go to attend the party. For I was looking to 3 different stile, so I try to find the one that stay you co fortable with thus hot summer. And I have notice something, I though my spend was go to be around more then $200, but it didn't went even clouse to that. My spend was around $160 with all I got for this wontherfor father's. So my conclusion is, if you have a JCpenney card, I do recommend save the discount card that day send in avery month occasion to your mail box because only in special occasion is the only way for you to save more then $200. Well this was all, I can said more about jcpenney but for now this is my recommendations, maybe alot of you already know that, but is better said it then not giving good when we have the chance to do it. Went Saturday 10:30 for memorial day sales & they don't open until 11! Why when holiday sales & other stores open 10? Shopping was oppressingly hot, no AC or ventilation. Had to leave after an hour, sweating & needing water, but complained to salesperson. Others complaining too. My daughter stayed longer & had to leave soon due to heat too. Also no ladies dressing rooms were open, just men's so she wouldn't buy anything.
I couldn't find any thing because of my size situation I went to Macy's then found a pair then I went to DSW and I found the perfect pair that sent in my
Lot of people were looking for shopping carts and couldn’t find any. Had lot of clearances or offers. Overall it was okay but have seen better stores than this.
JC Penney still has it! I'm glad to always find what I'm looking for at a good price and quality. Shopped around before heading here but was disappointed elsewhere... Should have come to JCP from the get. Rockaway store is very clean, neat, and organized. It was a pleasure to shop here.
You can find all the new models in a nice and clean store.

Deals are good..No trolly or carry bag.. most of the time feels so difficult to hold the items til the shopping is over..
