Worst return experience. DELLA was a smart-mouthed lady saying she is "higher up as it gets, buddy". I returned clothes that were tried on but not worn to the wedding. She said the shirt was washed and the shoes were worn. How is that possibly true? The shoes were never touched, I bought them like that. The shirt was just put on, no way it was washed. She returned the pants and belt but refused to return the shirt and shoes that are not my size. Now I have $120 worth of shoes and a shirt that I can't wear, sell, or return. I have a case that I filed through customer services, but for someone who shops here all the time, has rewards and a credit card, and makes over $100,000 a year, for me to come in to return $120 and get my money back, it has to be in her words, "you are trying to scam us". How and why would I? I feel unfortunately unprotected because I can't buy anything with a safety on it to return. I will be canceling my card here shortly if they tell me I can’t return my shoes and shirt
From the corroded rusted out sign frame to the heavily scratched poster cover, to the filthy floors I was disgusted to sit there and wait looking at the urban blight and decay JCP allows. Very depressing enviro for a top dollar shopper.
Prices are a little high and there is generally just one cash out kiosk, so there is usually a line and a walk carrying heavy bags. They need more employees. Best place for big and tall clothes though.
Returned some pairs of pants from an online order that didn't fit. Went seamlessly. And Thank you Colleen for your excellent customer service. She measured my shirt size and was very pleasant. Both kind and helpful.
Meh. Sometimes I get lucky and find something I need....but mostly not. They do have a decent clearance rack. I will buy things but its rarely what I went in for.
Got some clothes on clearance that are very cute and helped my mom get an outfit for my sister's wedding. Cashier was very nice but not a lot of help on the sales floor.
The employees of the hair saloon were not friendly and stern. I was not greeted with a smile when I purchased a bottle of paul Mitchell shampoo.
Just did an order pickup had to wait awhile for them to come out. Each time I have been on the store it hasn't been a bad experience. Usually seemed understaffed
Good sale prices. Located in Valley View Mall.
This was the first place we went to look for a winter fest dress and boom right when we walked in they had new dresses out and they were so beautiful! My daughter only tried on 2 and fell in love with the 2nd. Very nice people also.
