The addition of even more self-checkout lanes is frustrating. The scale didn’t work, my card wouldn’t scan, and a few other issues caused me to spend much more time checking out than necessary. Extremely irritating.
I stood in line at the Customer Center. Another customer comes after me and jumps the line and goes to the employee when they are free. I speak out loud, “Excuse me, I was here first!” The employee lets the other customer go first saying we are just doing something quickly for her! So what? I was still here before her! Extremely disrespectful. Then, all the 3 employees go to help the other customer leaving me just waiting. Why does something need 3 employees if it is a “quick” matter? When I finally get helped, I ask to break 2 100 dollar bills and 1 50 bill, but the employee says “I can’t do that!” Ridiculous. When, on the internet, it says Walmart Customer Service can do that. I guess my money is not good enough for Walmart. I am going to give my business to some place else.
Several items were in the wrong spot and prices were higher then the tags said. Over by the hot food the employees were not wearing gloves and when I was checking out there was only 1 cashier who was busy talking with another employee
Called to ask if a bike toolkit was in stock. I could not get through to speak to an associate. I kept getting routed back to the service desk. Gave up after 15 minutes and just drove there. Luckily they had it in stock as the website said they did. The website also said the La Crosse store had it in stock and they did not.
If could I would put a note star. TLE not very professional. Don't do work asked. For now on I'll make sure I go to Onalaska tle
I have never had such a terrible experience. For being Walmart, a multi-BILLIONAIRE and global gi!ant, I was VERY disappointed and annoyed to not find ONE pair of slacks for a job interview. I came across rack after rack of summer apparel or new arrivals of Activewear and different colors and styles of jeans. Ok, so I tried on and bought a pair of fake black leather pants in a size 4 and a pair of Sofía Vergara jeans for $4 in a size 5! That took the place of my disappointment.
Impressed with the clean organized shelves and aisles. One of the best laid out Walmart stores and largest we have ever shopped. Employees friendly, engaging and accommodating. Worth the drive from Iowa. Dennis Kluesner - Joyce Gibbs author
Aisles are well marked, so I could find the aisle of the item I had found on their site easily in the store. Checkout was quick and easy.
Came to get my oil change and was told my wait will be 3 hours. There was only 1 car ahead of me being worked on in the garage. Also, there were 3 techs standing around. Anyways, I called the Walmart desk guy out on his bluff and said I'll stay for the oil change. Guess what? Oil change done in 30 mins. I guess some people are just lazy and don't want to do their job. Idk if they get paid hourly or on commission. But I'm going to assume hourly because the guy didn't want to work and just collect a paycheck. Thanks buddy. Better luck next time.
I'm really tired of their organization. Takes twice as long or longer to get my shopping done. I dread going there. Plus, they removed the car med delivery option.
