Excellent customer service! The food was fantastic, although a tad bit quiet the people were extremely nice. My motorcycle broke down outside and I went inside to get a drink, but I ended up getting a beautiful 3 course meal, every piece being beyond my expectations. I have passed by this restaurant over 20 times always wanting to go in and as my opportunity cane I was content with what I experienced. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Great setting. Authentic German cuisine. Excellent service. Nice menu selection. Only reason for holding back the fifth star is that the decor was a bit tired and the food was not warmed through.

We haven't been to Jennifer's in about 5 years but nothing has changed. Still has the German standards sauerbrauten, weiner schnitzel, knockwurst. Potato pancakes were over-cooked and Hungarian Goulash was just beef cubes in gravy rather than the stew it is supposed to be. Portions were small to adequate but overpriced for the value. Service was mediocre as our table of 7 were never told the specials which a table of 2 was told after we had ordered. Decor sorely needs to be updated since it's the same we've gone there under prior name perhaps 20 years as it was one of my in-laws favorites.

The food was good, the service was good but for the price, I actually expected really good or great. We traveled about 1 1/2 hours to get there and I was not impressed nor was I really disappointed.

Very good food, lovely atmosphere, wait staff is adorable in their cultural outfits... Great for a splurge on some excellent meat!!

Jennifer's is a very special place - great German food and a wonderful family owned restaurant - very warm and welcoming - if you want a trendoid place this is not it - this is the real deal - a gem.

Great restaurant! Really enjoyed the food and the setting. Great taste and service and would highly recommend.
