Replaced my partner's laptop with a desktop from here some years back. That machine is still going strong. Replaced my own laptop with a desktop from here last week, and it's been an absolute delight of a machine. Both were extremely reasonably priced, and Jeremiah is quite friendly and easy to talk to. I will absolutely continue to recommend the place to anyone and everyone for pretty much any computer-related issue, be it repair or replacement.

I absolutely love this store. I went in to see if I could get my laptop hinge fixed. It is making a creaking noise. Jeremiah immediately told me that Hp doesn't actually sell any parts for this computer. He's very knowledgeable and very interesting to talk to. Seriously if you need anything computer related this is the place to go. Knowledgeable guys, good prices, cool atmosphere!

I have had two great experiences with Jeremiah’s. The battery died on my laptop, a few months ago, and I went there to get a new one. He found one on eBay for me and told me it would just be easier for me to order it myself and have someone install it rather than him purchasing it and charging me for shipping and installation. I recently went back there because of that good experience to purchase a tablet with a separate keyboard to alleviate stress on my neck and shoulders. He explained that I could get the same relief from just purchasing a wireless keyboard and mouse and setting my laptop up on some textbooks so that my screen was at eye level. It is so refreshing to find someone that sincerely wants to help their customers!

This store is great! They always have what you need. And a lot of cool things to look at. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are very knowledgeable and they follow their guarantee! I picked up a simple Dell laptop for my son to use for schoolwork but once I got home I realized the laptop wouldn't charge. I called the store right away and they assured me I could switch it out for another one. Sure enough, when I got back to the store they had another waiting for me and made sure to test everything in front of me before I left. One year later, it still works perfectly!

Expert service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. When my machine malfunctioned, I took it to Jeremiah's for repair. A friendly staff member, Joe, was able to temporarily repair it, and inform me I would need to purchase a replacement part for it soon. Sure enough, I needed to replace the part within a week, and Joe remembered me and my machine. He was able to get my computer humming better than new.

Went in with concerns of my laptop battery being swollen, turns out the way my laptop is designed just made it look weird. Guy I spoke to opened it up, checked, explained how I would be able to spot my battery actually swelling, and was super friendly. I'll definitley come back here in the event of a real computer issue.

picked up a couple pc's over the last few years from these guys all of them still running perfect. Definitely check this place out they have starter pcs up to high end gaming decent pricing as well. I got lucky and got one that had Kelvin and Hobbes etched into the side cover

Absolutely love this shop. I have been here several times for random odds and ends, purchased a laptop here and another for my mother a few years later. These guys are the real deal and are great to talk to. I purchased a surface for my mother and didn’t realize it had a bloated battery. When I mentioned this ti them they were more than happy to make it right despite the no returns policy. They credited me back and allowed me to purchase a more expensive laptop instead and pay the difference when they totally could have told me to kick rocks.  I will always continue supporting this local business because they’re great people and offer top quality service.

I purchased a machine from this shop recently for the first time. Found their add on Facebook Marketplace. Great prices, great customer service, highly recommend checking out their shop / inventory before buying a PC anywhere else. I will most certainly buy from this shop again without question!
