Used to love Jersey Mike's, but like other reviewers......it has gone downhill. I've placed an order on the app twice now and received wrong toppings or no toppings. The price is also outrageous when ordering a bowl. I asked for a bowl of the buffalo chicken with lettuce and tomatoes and got what you see below.....$10+ for some warm chicken and cheese....Will not be going back.
While I think rating chains is dumb, this is the worst managed sandwich shop. Jersey Mike’s can make great sandwiches, but never at this location. If you are going to wait 45 minutes for a sub in Tacoma then go to MSM.
Food is good but they can't even follow simple instructions. Every single time either you're right in front of them or via online. I still won't go back to subway
The sandwich was a disappointment for me. I love to eat good sandwiches. Subway has more variety. The bread was a bit on the tough side, not a lot to choose from. I would never go back. Parking: Not very good parking space there.
Just keep an eye on some of the employees. One guy wiped his nose with his gloved hand and started making a sandwich. I spoke up and he said " i washed it on my wrist.". What a dope. I give up
I used to absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike’s! They have gone downhill over the past 6 months! I have placed orders online and have received the wrong sandwiches or incorrect toppings. I figured okay, this was just a mistake this one time. I’ve returned multiple other times placing orders in the app or online and when I open up my sandwich there is barely any vegetables and they skimp on all of their toppings. It’s like eating a loaf of bread as their is not substance to this sandwich. If you do go to Jersey Mike’s, definitely go inside and watch them make your sandwich so you know they are actually making the sandwich how you want it! I do not recommend ordering online as 9/10 times your sandwich will be incorrect with the most minuscule amount of ingredients!
I placed my order over the phone for a pickup because I am old fashioned and prefer to do things this way rather than an app. My order was wrong when I got there it got remade but when I got to open it, the order was still wrong . I brought the food back for a refund and the assistant manager refused. She argued with me saying it was correct and it was absolutely nowhere correct.
Customer service was great! Every one was friendly and in good mood, which is important! I had the tuna fish and it was surprisingly good. You never know what to expect when you get tuna fish from a restaurant. The inside of the establishment was very clean which is always nice! The price of the sub was a little much, with tax it was almost $10. The veggie and tuna subs should be cheaper than the ones filled with meat. Finally, my only real critique is that there are not enough toppings. They only have iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, banana peppers, and jalapenos. It would be great if there was avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc. Overall a good sandwich!
I'm a regular regular customer at this store . Recently I've noticed a change in personal . I think you have a problem there . Sandwiches are not coming out very sharp . Never had this problem at any other store . Young shift manager is not very professional .
I would like to definitely admire the manager on duty tonight. Kristy was very impressive. They were doing the buy one get one and three people are working yet despite the obvious frustration of the other two she kept such a collective attitude yet still also seeming very positive. They were extremely busy and the wait was long but I wanted to give her a shout out for her great manager skills and inspiring effort.
