Excellent apartments worth the price and a nice and peaceful locality
We have found great friends and neighbors! Having a dog and knowing other dog owners in the building makes life a lot easier and happier! Everyone has been very welcoming and have helped us out in our moving process. We are so happy to call this place our home! The Management team is always here and are prompt to answer any questions. The Maintenance team is available and fix problems immediately. Brand new apartments, great amenities, very easy commute to NYC, great price!
I love that everyone I've come across in building ,both staff and residents, is friendly. Always saying hello.introducing themselves, exchanging floor numbers/apt numbers. It really makes it feel more like a community as opposed to just a big building full of people who put their heads down and ignore everything and everyone. I had initially been concerned about living so close to a college dormitory but that concern was unfounded. It's as quiet and peaceful here as one could expect living in the middle of Jersey City. Actually a bit more quiet and peaceful than one would expect.....aside from the construction noise next door which is really not all that bad on eastern side of the building. Last but certainly not least, the maintenance staff and concierges are great! They're not just professional and friendly. They never do "just what they have to" they always go above and beyond, doing everything they can to make living here a better experience. Even if I just happen to see them in the building doing something they always say hello and ask about the family and the fur babies. I can't say enough good things about the concierges. They too are always professional and friendly and will go out out of their way to make living here a better experience. Both the concierges and maintenance staff never do "just what they have to" and I think that should not go unnoticed. I haven't even mentioned the amenities. Too .any to list - gym, lounges, outdoor "quad" on the 3rd level with TV, outdoor movies, life size chess game, many lounge chairs to tan or relax, bbq' grills and do much more!
Wonderful & friendly Manager and staff. Very nice apartments with built-in washer/dryer a clubhouse, gym, parking & spacious courtyard. Closer to west side shopping along 440. Easy access to freeways. Just 7 minutes walk to Light rail. Bus stop adj to apartment towards Journal square & Newport. Above all, brand new building with all modern amenities! I love this place!
I have moved here very recently and even though the apartment and the amenities are great, I cannot say the staff is. Shuttle service is never on schedule after 7.30 AM and may be they should update the schedule without wasting people's time. Even though the building looks nice it is no match to the Park Bayonne that I lived previously. I will keep on updating this review and I hope things will get better.
K Y L A . Exceeded all of my expectations when visiting the Rivet. I dropped in maybe 45 minutes before they closed with no appointment. She stayed past closing time to speak with me, tour the property with me, answer all my questions, and show me the ins and outs of the community. The property was amazing, the tenants that I saw looked happy and had a great relationship with management, the property was priced appropriately for what is being offered. I applied that same night. Looking forward to moving in.
Beautiful safe community in an up and coming area! Pet friendly, secured parking available and clean amenities. It is very helpful that there is a concierge service on staff to receive packages and allow delivery access.
I am enjoying everything about living here the staff is friendly it very convenient for shopping, going to work, and going to school this is one of the best decisions my husband and I made yours truly
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I was told to pay $125 for an application fee and $500 for a REFUNDABLE deposit. Daniella constantly gave me the runaround, refused to answer simple questions, kept dragging out the application process and even told me that I needed to submit ANOTHER application in my girlfriends name because my income was not enough. Mind you I am self-employed & I make over $200,000 a year. After I submitted the SECOND application, I never heard back from the Daniella. I have emails and call logs to show that I tried to reach her multiple times, so I finally gave up and asked for my deposit back because I needed to find a place. I was approved for a nice place in Brooklyn so I decided to just go ahead with that instead of waiting to hear back from Rivet apartments. I was told by Daniella and her manager that I would not be getting my money back because I was supposed to ask for the refund within 72 hours. She PURPOSELY took longer than 72 hours then refused to give back my money. Her manager told me to dispute it with my bank so I did. Do not rent from these people! DO NOT rent from these people. They are SCAMMERS!
My partner and I recently toured Rivet and completed the application process. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the units/building and professionalism of the staff. Kyla is an OUTSTANDING leasing professional - enthusiastic, communicative, accommodating, and sincerely invested in meeting your needs every step of the way! Although we ultimately found another apt community that better fits our current needs location, Rivet will be at the top of our list for future apt searches. Highly recommend!
