I visited Jimmy John’s in Marshfield, WI for the first time today! The fast and friendly service was super! The food was fresh and delicious! I will visit again!!Food: 5/5
Overall it was good. Just a regular Jimmy Johns. One thing we noticed was that we got our food at 4:05 and ate inside and by 4:20 the person at the register was turning people away saying they were closed. Unsure what that was about. Also worth mentioning that there was only 1 high chair available for use.Food: 4/5
I ordered two sandwiches, one was entered incorrectly and I ran inside to get it corrected. Staff was super friendly and they got the corrected sandwich out right away. Food was excellent!Food: 5/5
manager was super rude. they closed early, but accepted an order for delivery, took the money, then never delivered the order. i tried to call about a refund and the “manager” hung up on me. i do not recommend until they get better management. i’ve been a huge fan in the past so this was super disappointing :Food: 5/5
Pretty unimpressed with my sandwich. Got the veggie sub #6 and asked for pickles. Didn't get pickles and got BARELY any avocado spread or other veggies. Glad I got the regular size and not the giant. Waste of $8.Food: 2/5
Happy to have a favorite open here in town!!! Solid first visit, similar to other JJs. Fast, sandwich good, made correct. Aside from, the drive thru design ... the menu and microphone is too close to such a square corner. I, like many in this area drive a large truck. I navigate many drive thrus and this one is more challenging than most with a large vehicle. In any event, check it out! Ask to 'Jimmy it up', free add on and gets you hot peppers, and I forgot what else, extra flavor!
I ordered a #12 Beach Club and it didn't even come with the normal avocado spread or cucumbers. The employees were slow for a couple of sandwiches being made and one guy was just standing there hardly doing anything when he could've probably been helping with something else to make the service go faster for all the customers. Overall, I expected more from a new business. :
Inside was clean, service was nice and fast. I found it to be unprofessional that I saw a person I assume as a manager with blue jean shorts on while working. I found it not ok that no one had hair nets on. The sauces on my Cubana needed to be more spread thru the sandwich. Otherwise delicious.Food: 4/5
Food is Jimmy John’s, so it is good! Speed is absolutely horrendous. Honestly, they’re so bad. Also, 6” beards should have nets. If I find a long beard hair in by sandwich… we aren’t cool.Food: 4/5
Ordered a #5 in the drive-through. Staff at window were so unprofessional. 3 people standing there "joking" with each other and barely said a word to me. I had to interrupt them to ask about my rewards and they told me to use my receipt incorrect they need to take my phone number. They just seemed to not care and wanted to get back to talking. Got home and meat was legitimately outside of the bread. They didn't even bother to make the sandwich. Come on.
