Walked in for supper, the restaurant was filthy so we were immediately sketched out and unsure. We had to wait to be seated, so we waited at the front. Several staff members walked by us, made eye contact, not a single acknowledgement that we were there and waiting to be seated, not even a hello. There was a staff member at the front checking someone out and we didn't get any sort of acknowledgement. We ended up walking out after about 5 minutes of waiting and the cleanliness of the restaurant turned us off. This restaurant has gone down hill so much and it's sad.
This place is awesome! They can get a little short staffed some days, but they never take an unreasonable amount of time. The food is well worth any wait.Food: 5/5
Twice in 7 days myself and a friend have been here later in the evening, both times, waited on, if you can call it that, by Armando. He stops by, ten minutes after you sit down to take your drink order, brings your order and proceeds to ignore you for the rest of your time at the establishment, which in our case was 3 hours. Also, he left a vacuum cleaner running next to our table for roughly an hour on our second trip, and did talk to us in passing, only to ask is for a condiment cart on our table so that he could fill it. I’m not saying, I’m just saying. Fire this guy.
Eggs were over cook, food didn't taste the best. The server got my husband's order wrong, still took it but didn't taste right could tell it was in the freezer Would've took pics. But it was just sad. Had better. The service was slow. Not happy. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu, my kids liked the pancakes.
May 8th, 2023 at 5:15p.m. Waitress Julie was alone and did great..the place was packed. The young gentleman named Mac that was seating people was amazing, he has great customer skills.. Now as for the lady that I assume was manager,was the worst l have ever seen..A decent manager would help out their wait staff, she did nothing. Mac did more for waitress than she did Wish could give stars just on staff and not management.
Perkins has been the "go to" place in Marshfield for decades. Not anymore. The menu is scaled back. At peak supper hour the place was nearly empty and a sign on the door said they were closing early due to lack of staff. The food was okay and as usual, the filling of the pie was good but the crust was definitely not good.Food: 3/5
Great service, very good prices, the food was awesome! I was going to take a pic of the recipe because I know I have paid way more for way less and crappier food at a MDs the other day. Torre my waiter was great as well as everyone else.
We waited for about 40 min for our food, which tasted average. The prices have gone up so much I don't know when we'll be back. For the price I could have gotten something that tasted better somewhere else.Food: 3/5
My partner and I dine here occasionally. Unknowingly we left a pair of expensive earbuds at our table. When we returned about a month later, the manager or owner? approached our table and asked if we had left earbuds here as he recognized us. We got the earbuds back with no hassle. This is some serious above and beyond customer service. To the staff here, thank you so much for always being friendly, welcoming, and taking care of your customers. 5 stars for the wonderful employees who care about their clientele.
average food for an average place. they charge you $3 for coffee, so unless you can drink 3 cups, its overpriced. depending on what staff is working, your food can be undercooked and take more than 30 minutes to get to you i ordered a salad.Food: 2/5
