Awesome place! The employees are always so friendly and helping, they even cut the foam/fur/and fabric for you! They have lots and lots of stuff if you’re looking to make crafts. Paint, foam, fur, fabric, ect! 5 stars, love it!

The staff was very helpful. I'm looking for an ironing board pad. They showed everyone they had in stock. Went behind their job.

Had a need to some card stock paper was planning to make tissue boxes. Joann had it on sale great buy. My project turn out beautifully with the card stock I purchased.

Found everything I was looking for and the prices was great they give you a lot of help

There's 2 joann stores about 20 or so miles apart and this one I went to, is the closest.. its also very small and doesn't have a wide selection of items if you want fabric, this is a great place to come to, this store is like 80% fabric. Joann's has fantastic seasonal decor, but for me, I would have to travel to the other location 20 miles away, as this one barely has any home decor.

I didn't go in here for fabric. I remembered that Joann's also has home decorating items and in this case I bought 2 great wreaths for fall, after having looked in Hobby Lobby, Marshall's , Target and Wal-Mart. Joann's was cheaper and had such a nice selection I bought 2. For that they get 5 stars.

My visit to this location of Joann, on Tuesday, June 25 around 5:30 pm, completely shocked me. I am accustomed to great service, positive attitudes, and a welcoming environment when I go into a Joann, and today's visit was completely the opposite. I went in to purchase something I needed for a trip out of town, so there was a sense of urgency. Neither was I greeted when I walked in, nor acknowledged for 5 minutes as I stood patiently at the counter looking at the rep do everything except acknowledge me. Finally, I asked if I was at the right counter to be assisted, and she said, "oh, yes of course I can help." After asking my questions and being completely disregarded, the rep looked in her scanner to tell me information I had already shared with her via Joann.com. To spare the rest of the details, I walked out and drove 30 minutes to the Westchester location and was greeted by a welcoming staff and a quick exchange. Disappointed in the staff today. In today's political climate, it seems like beating a dead horse to mention race, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that all the other white customers around me were being greeted and helped... I truly hope this was a simple misunderstanding and not racial discrimination. Either way, I suggest management looks into it.

Very friendly and great customer service. Not alot of options for most things

I hadn't been in a JoAnn store in a long time. The store was clean. There was a really nice selection of various craft and project items. I had a great time going up and down every isle. But I chose not to buy anything. Everything was so expensive. There were no fun bargain bins to dig through. Even the remnant bin was way over priced. I love digging around for good deals and I used to find all kinds of goodies there. But JoAnn's is no long a bargain hunting place for me. But if you are a serious sewer, quilter, etc. then you will find about anything you need, if you can afford it.

Deborah who waited on me, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. As a bo us, a great personality. Got what o needed and wss out of the store in less than 15 minutes thanks to Deborah. Good prices as well.
