I was very pleased with the furniture i purchased from Joe’s. Brandon, our salesman was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. His knowledge of the items I selected was amazing. Delivery was on time, and the two men were efficient, respectful of my property and friendly. I would definitely call in Brandon next time I purchase furniture.
We are having problems with a lift chair that we purchased at Joe’s Furniture. They have been very helpful to obtain repairs and have been easy to work with. We have purchased other pieces of furniture and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
WOW what a store! It’s so pleasant and spacious inside the showroom yet they have a ton of really beautiful pieces of furniture. This is the sort of old school store that allows you to browse and converse and really think about what you want and need. No pressure! I love that, not like the big box furniture places that make their sales people stick to you like glue and every piece you look at is “nearly out of stock” yeah nah! Jake Fassbender was and always will be my go to guy, he’s mellow and approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, he allows you space but is always around to help with design questions and options. He knows furniture and he knows he has great people skills, He clearly knows what his customers want or at least with us he did. I was very happy with the piece I selected, high quality craftsmanship and sturdy, definitely feels like this piece will be in the house long after I’m gone and that is important to know that someone else can enjoy it eventually. After price shopping for a while I would add that Joes was not the cheapest option but when it comes to value for money I know for sure that the quality outweighs its cheaper competitors, so I’m very satisfied and happy with the purchase. Cherry on top: the furniture was in stock and it did arrive on the day it was promised to arrive a couple of hours earlier than expected. Great job Joes Furniture and excellent service from the sales and delivery team and especially Jake who made this a fun experience.
My husband and I are from CA moving to AZ While there we went to Joes Furniture. Sonya S. Helped us. No pressure sales at all. We fell in love with a bed set. A bit pricey but beautiful. Sonya has worked with me thru out the process to order it in time for us to move. The furniture does take a long time to get. So much more I could say. Bottom line. I would only have Sonya help me going forward.
We bought an Omni leather sectional couch. The cowhide is beautiful, detail and natural marks on the leather is great. The customer service was also awesome
Shout out to Sharon H. and the wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable staff at Joe's Furniture! We had to cancel an order with Ashley Furniture since it kept getting pushed back, Joe's and Sharon saved the day. She worked with us showing many different pieces, was knowledgeable about different wood types, etc. She made the process so easy and we actually ended up getting a delivery date within a week for the particular dining set we chose! : Shop Local. Seriously. Best decision I've made AND they even send a personal thank you note to customers and let you know they're here to help with future needs. That's the kind of service that distinguished Ashley's corporate from Joe's locally owned and operated. They deliver their own stuff, not contracted out drivers.
Great furniture and great service !! Total satisfaction. If they don't have it in the showroom they can order it for you. Beautiful furniture ! We got a beautiful reclining couch that is soo comfy and beautiful!
Worst furniture I've ever purchased!! Had them out shortly after purchase to get new padding. Within approx 6 months, my husband and I have constant pain from sitting in these lousy recliners. Paid $5,000 for a love seat and 2 recliners. BEWARE!!!
My family purchased a lift chair for about $1,200. The chair malfunctioned several times , but Joe’s always sent out a technician to fix the chair. After the third time and a bit of complaining on our part Joes once again fixed the chair and offered us some store credit as compensation. I’m happy with Joe’s for working with my family and making this better.
We were sold a couch that didn’t even exist! Then Joes didn’t call to let us know, we found out by calling about delivery and only after the owner overhearing the conversation with his employee, he tells him that they don’t have that couch and never did. Apparently there was a mistake in the computer and the worst part was the owner didn’t care to save face or try and rectify anything, he just said to refund us and be done with it! I’m having surgery next week and that couch was necessary for my recovery and now we have nothing! I was so upset I could cry! Never again will I shop there and it’s even more disappointing that it was a small business which I prefer! Sorry Joes you lost a family of buyers forever!
