I used them in 1986 John put my sons birthdate as June 1st instead of June 18th & they would not change it? Which caused mad confusion when we arrived at the cemetery, John claimed they called ahead to notify the cemetery but of course they did not & they stopped taking our calls, Of course it took 30minutes to rectify the simple mistake they made but never answered for.I also know they put another babies picture on my friends baby's obituary to this day she don't have an obituary for her child or with her child's photo.. I never used them again
My family has used John Moore funeral home for as long as I could remember my parents always rated him highly and when it was my time to make arrangements for my parents and sibling I turned to John. John was always so willing to help by giving guidance and showing professional comfort when needed. Money of course was important but was not the most important thing when it came to handling you & your loved ones wishes. I would recommend their services based on mine to anyone who asked.
