So grateful for Pat and Rob Moore and their team for all they provided us when my dad passed away. They were available, responsive and incredibly compassionate and caring to us. They are truly made for this difficult work, and understand how to treat people when they are at their most vulnerable and broken down. When the time comes for your family, I highly recommend you choose Moore's.
We cannot thank Pat & Robert Moore enough for the most beautiful Wake & Funeral they prepared for our departed Brother and Uncle. Not only are they kind, considerate & professional, they are "caring" individuals towards the grieving family. From the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely thank you for all you have done for us. Robert and Patricia were very welcoming and understanding. We preplanned the services and checked with the other Funeral homes in the area. Moore's was the most upfront with the charges, very helpful with all the arrangements including the cemetary, and provided us with a document of things to expect and do to take care of the deceased estate. I expect all Funeral Home Services to be kind and understanding. But I think Moore's really went above and beyond.
Extremely professional. A true family business. Pat was amazing throughout the whole process. My mom was a mess after losing her brother. Pat was extremely warm, genuine, and caring. We had a tight budget and she was conscious of that throughout the arrangements. Really looked out for what was best for our family as opposed to treating this like a moneymaking business. Her husband Rob was also fantastic. Takes great pride in the presentation of the deceased for open casket as well as the wake ceremony. They were on top of everything and made this terrible time much easier on my mom. Thank you Moore family. Highly recommend.
I don't normally take the time to write online reviews however I felt compelled to write about our experience with Moore's funeral home. My father passed away the day after Christmas, 2012. From the onset, director Pat Moore was kind, patient and extremely helpful. She was extremely patient with myself and also with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. She helped us select beautiful flowers, a nice casket and the entire wake flowed smoothly. She also helped us with the cemetery arrangements, which otherwise could have been a bit confusing. When the cemetery messed up on our plot pricing, she immediately stepped in and remedied the situation. I have to say, and not to sound too morbid here, but everyone agreed that my father - laid out - looked amazing. They really did an excellent job in this area as well. I wish I was better at communicating how easy and effortless our experience was given it being a trying time for us. Pat, her husband Robert and other family employees who's names I can't remember sorry! were just very helpful and patient and guided us through the entire process with no problems whatsoever. The arrangements were wonderful, my father looked great and the home is warm and welcoming. Overall - I have not one complaint about the entire experience with Moore's. Also, given what we received for the price, I'd say it was more than fair. I have been to less elegant funeral which cost more money. Fortunately we have not had a lot of experience with funeral homes. However Pat and Robert have just saved my family from a situation where we almost made an unforgettable mistake by using a different home. They took over from another place and brought everything together. They were professional and compassionate beyond words. You can trust them at your most vulnerable moments.
We contacted Moore’s Home For Funeral because we lost one of the most important person in our lives, our dad. Given the current circumstances with state restrictions and the increased demand of the services in your industry we thought that this was going to be such a difficult process. But from the moment that we spoke to we felt less stressed about the process. You guided us and explained to us all the steps that needed to be done in order to have my dad rest in peace. Mr. Moore, your service was so professional and you helped us at a moment that our minds were in so much distress. We cannot thank you enough for helping our family during this difficult time.
I cannot thank or recommend Moore's Home for Funerals enough for the amazing care they took of my family during the death of our mother. They made her look just as she did before she got sick. Their attention to detail both on my mother and throughout the funeral process was top notch. Thank you again on behalf of the Dwyer family
Apologize for the lateness of this review. Our arrangements were made 8 years ago when my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. The Moore Family were very kind throughout the process. The accommodations were excellent. Very kind and understanding people.
I just had a memorial service done at Moore's and from my first meeting I felt at ease. Pat Moore asked what I wanted and provided the costs and details in a straight forward manner. The grounds and rooms are lovely and during the entire service they were very attentive.
