Went to get a birth certificate iv as in and out, the clerk was very helpful and very nice. I’ve also been there for a tittle registration. Very nice and helpful. You’ll need to go early or close to closing time to be in and out. People who wait months or when you have several issues, think oh I’ll be in and out. Get upset and want to blame the clerk for your wait or your issue isn’t their fault. They have my business at this court annex. Thank you for always making my transaction possible & quick. Went in for a copy of my child's birth certificate....was in and out within 10 minutes. Fast and friendly staff.
Here is what happens I had an appointment to transfer title and do registration at 3:30 PM, I totally was surprised by service, the lady who took care of me Shakira Thampston I hope I am not miss spending was Soo nice, she and her manager can not remember her name helped me, actually I had 3 title and they helped me to get them done, it took longer than normal and everyone left except her, her manager and front door lady, the center was close and I was the only one in building, they all deserve 5 star and I wish I could give more than 5 star to Ms Shakira, I have never had such service from any DPS, this has been and will be my DPS location they did great
Pretty quick in and out service compared to other locations for car registration. But like any other government office sometimes there is red tape but not too bad at this location. People seem to be ok usually a person by the door offering help and tellers are pretty good. I think, I like many others come to a government office having not the best attitude, cause I know first, is going to cost me coming to this place and second, let’s see what I didn’t have to make a simple transaction happen. But other than that I believe the people at this location are doing a fine job.
If you come to this off make sure you make an appointment otherwise they won’t take you. Waste of time!!! Ridiculous
Everyone working there was very professional and polite
Was giving a bit of a run around with information I needed. Finally I was able to get a bit of help.
Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Dealing with this office is infuriating.
Friendly and fast service. If there’s any delay is because the people that go don’t have all documents ready.
I guess none of their employees know how to answer phones??? How do you expect people to make appointments if you have them on hold for over an hour???? So dumb.
