Pasadena Municipal Court

The entire crew at the court house are entirely calming and take the time to answer any and all questions... very very nice... a very pleasant experience.... overall A +++++

1 star is too much. They take too long at every step. Spent almost 4 hours here to pay $20 after my tickets were dismissed.

Whoever answered the phone was very professional and very polite. He helped me and was very knowledgeable.

In and out in a jiffy on a Friday morning. You get what you give; treat the workers courteously and they'll return the sentiment.

Quick in and out and the judge comes off the stand to explain the process to you.

Currently sitting in the court room for an 8:00AM showtime... it's 8:35 so I'm still waiting... I'll update when possible...

Went 4 times each time is something wrong or missing. I am very concerned how the city of Pasadena runs things. I just wish we can voice out how the city is running things everyone is guilty even if you pay for a ticket that was wrongfully given to the wrong person. plus pay another 4% to pay with a card

These comments about customer service aren't a joke... I just called to check on a ticket and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me and even hung up on me. What kind of government official office is this? Supposed to HELP the people, not hang up in their face. Luckily my ticket isn't with them because I would have a warrant for nothing I even did wrong. They don't even deserve one star.

Got a ticket. Speeding. Red handed. Taking my walk of shame up the court house steps I was treated fairly by the judge and I was treated respectfully by the clerk. I was in and out in an hour and was given a defensive driving dismissal.
