Pasadena Municipal Court

I received a ticket on February 23 of 2023. I was coming down Bay Area Blvd. with multiple other cars and the police officer said I was speeding which I was not so I took it to trial only to be found guilty. Do not take it to trial you will not win even when you are innocent the judge the police officer, the DA the prosecutor all of them are in cahoots together about money and politics. The police officer kept stressing at the trial that the mayor is over the bay area boulevard and he doesn’t play about that area is upscale area. So basically, he wanted to just find me guilty. He just didn’t come out and said he just kept saying the area the mayor is over that area. The mayor is over that area so much corruption is ridiculous. You have no chance to win whether you are right or wrong they all about money and politics. Be careful out there. They just be dry stopping you for no reason talking about you were speeding.

04/11/2023 state of the art facility with very high ceilings, a lot of aesthetic appeal and well manicured grounds. The Pasadena public Library shares the parking lot and the Pasadena Police Department is across the street. There is lots of parking and street parking near by. I don't for see this parking lot filling up during normal operations of both facilities. Service at the courthouse was really good. Better than I expected, honestly. From the female security guard who greeted me and directed me to Gloria at Window four who helped me with my business. Everyone was very pleasant and helped me navigate the process easily. I went on a Monday at 8 and was in an out in 25 minutes. -Pedro

Very friendly and also not crowded. The clerks are very respectful and nice.

The entire crew at the court house are entirely calming and take the time to answer any and all questions... very very nice... a very pleasant experience.... overall A +++++

These comments about customer service aren't a joke... I just called to check on a ticket and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me and even hung up on me. What kind of government official office is this? Supposed to HELP the people, not hang up in their face. Luckily my ticket isn't with them because I would have a warrant for nothing I even did wrong. They don't even deserve one star.

I had a good experience here, the judge was very understanding in traffic court and came off very calm! He was awesome and the ladies can be a bit snappy but they have to in order to get everyone out as fast as possible! I had a really fast and easy experience here! Just follow the rules

As long as you are respectful they return the respect back to you. They help you as much as they can but in the end you have to pay for the infraction that you committed. The police and judge are very nice and are willing to do what they can to help you as long as you remain respectful and nice. This is just like any other time in life you will get back what you put out to them. Nice maintained facility as well and ample parking.

Got a ticket. Speeding. Red handed. Taking my walk of shame up the court house steps I was treated fairly by the judge and I was treated respectfully by the clerk. I was in and out in an hour and was given a defensive driving dismissal.

Went 4 times each time is something wrong or missing. I am very concerned how the city of Pasadena runs things. I just wish we can voice out how the city is running things everyone is guilty even if you pay for a ticket that was wrongfully given to the wrong person. plus pay another 4% to pay with a card

They never pick up the phone gotta drive all the way over there is a huge inconvenience and my court session was way too long
