Kind, supportive, attention to details! A large family with many requests, some at the last minute was never an issue. Caring communication was key to a special event honoring a life well lived. The immediate family of 5 was very pleased with the services the entire staff provided. We give this facility highest recommendation.

My husband David died on February 4th and we immediately contacted Jones, Rich and Barnes.  From the moment that we made that first call to the service/reception for David, the entire staff was phenomenal.  Never have I met such a compassionate and helpful group of people. We had the honor of working with Brian Hahn who was knowledgeable and professional, as well as warm and caring.  His attention to details was so impressive that we didn't have to worry about a thing.  Brian guided us through the ordeal with tenderness and respect.  The day of the service, he was quietly nearby making certain that everything was perfect for David. We also had the pleasure of working with John Tanguay who helped us write David's obituary.  John was able to put into words the feelings and thoughts that we were struggling with. Jones, Rich & Barnes funeral home made something so difficult into something so beautiful.  Pat Chittick

Our 42 year old daughter passed away suddenly. Erik and his staff were wonderful. From making arrangements to picking her up, to meeting at the funeral home to the option of a small viewing before her cremation, it ended up being a beautiful experience, although a sad one. She was placed in a bedroom, in a bed, with a beautiful comforter that had butterflies and dragonflies. They took the care to make her look like she was naturally sleeping. It was comforting that this was our last physical memory of our beautiful daughter. All the staff we met were compassionate and met all our needs. I cannot say one negative thing. Thank you for making a difficult time easier on all our family.

The staff at Jones, Rich & Barnes are wonderful.  They are extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and kind.  The funeral director, John, is amazing.  My whole family was so impressed by everything they did for us and how every detail was handled perfectly.

I could not recommend Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home more. The staff who prepared my brother for the viewing, did an INCREDIBLE job and I cannot express how grateful myself and my family were/still are for being able to say see you later and really see him for the last time. The staff who worked the ceremony were amazing and ensured the space was well prepared and that things moved along smoothly. The funeral size grew quite large, but the staff handled the volume and made accommodations to allow everyone to still comfortably attend. I can’t say thank you enough!

Going through a very difficult time, dealing with siblings coming in from afar, the experience with Jones, Rich and Barnes was nothing short of outstanding.  They worked through each and every need, component and helped us plan wonderful services that celebrated the life of my mother and will be remembered by all that attended for the rest of our lives!  Erik and team were engaging, helpful, proactive and a pleasure to deal with.  I give Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home the utmost highest recommendation!

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Jones, Rich, and Barnes team, especially John Tanguay who was there for us every step of the way!! He was compassionate, attentive, kind, and responded promptly to any and all of our questions and concerns. He made a difficult time much less stressful. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jones, Rich, and Barnes without any hesitation!! We could not have been more pleased!!

If funeral arrangements could be run perfectly, then retain Jones, Rich & Barnes. They were phenomenal in every way. Every detail was considered and their communication and caring were superb.

All of the staff at Jones, Rich & Barnes that we worked with were, kind, caring, helpful, responsive and always available when we had questions or needed assistance. We were walked through the process in a gentle and compassionate way. The additions the staff made to our powerpoint chronicling our loved one life were perfect. Working with Autumn Kramer and the other staff was perfect and everyone there is very professional. In addition, the building is beautiful.
