I ordered a suit for my 10 yr old son's school dance. Well the day before the dance went to get the suit.. absolutely nothing fits him. I don't have any words. The young man measured him and absolutely nothing fits. They are trying to run around the store and create a suit. My money wasn't returned and I was still charged for a put together suit. I wouldn't recommend this store to fit a dog for a bowl.. horrible experience

Great shopping experience. Everyone was really professional, personable and helpful without being salesy not sure if that’s a word…. I had literally 3 people help me figure out the best options for what I wanted. Tyler, Mark and Ian or Ryan? were outstanding. While Short Pump is closer, this will be my go-to store.

We had just experienced the absolute worst customer service at Men's Warehouse when we came to Jos A Banks! I can't tell you how grateful I am to Adam for assisting me in getting a tux for my son for prom and because of his great customer service and salesmanship, we purchased a suit for graduation as well! This store is by far a cut above the rest! I highly recommend them!!!

I had my wedding coming up in three weeks and they set me up with a custom express suit tailored specifically for me with lifetime alterations at a great price. Needless to say my wedding was yesterday and I looked amazing. The alterations I needed after the suit got in took two days and it is the nicest suit I own. Thank you so much for the team at this store. They actually treat you like a friend instead of some other stores I went to.

Great experience and customer service. Ryan is the best. When I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, Ryan was able to give me options that I was pleased with for the event I was attending. I received several compliments on my tailored fit suit orchestrated by the tailor in the store. It will be very hard to get better service and quality going anywhere else.

The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They spent an extensive amount of time helping find the right looks for my husband and making sure they fit correctly. We were very pleased with the suit purchases. The customer service absolutely deserved 5 stars. I gave it four simply due to the crazy high cost of the suits.

I want to be fair......so to remain fair I'll let the stars do the talking. But....i will say this, the customer service kinda seem forced on my recent visits. Maybe the sales persons have to be rotated to other stores to learn how to cater to diverse shoppers. But i feel I'm being fair with 3 stars. Grabbing my finished custom suit in the morning. I'm pleased. Just don't make assumptions about customers when they walk in the store. All it takes is ONE customer to damage that reputation. I'm not that customer, though. Just be mindful of equal customer service, at all times.

Staff who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I needed someone to give specific recommendations for color, size, and fit. The service was delivered to a high degree. Very impressed.
