Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, especially the owner Maggie, who helped me carry my bags to the car in the rain. I love Free People and Anthropologie, but don’t love the prices. Here I can get my favorite brands at a fraction of the cost! For example: my daughter recently left her $65 Kendra Scott necklace at the nail salon and was devastated. I found a similar one for $21 here, which I didn’t even have to pay for because I had a store credit. Love this place! Shop here, you won’t be disappointed.
I was in a bind, looking for a full outfit for a business casual work event, the associate who helped me was so courteous and professional and helped me through the entire Process! I left with a great look. I am very impressed and will definitely be coming back soon!
My partner and I came in with 3 bags of clothes. There were all kinds of items in good condition from Target, Madewell, Express, Urban Outfitters etc. and they took one item from Shein. Probably the cheapest, poorest quality item in those three bags of clothes. If you aren’t a teeny bopper that is a size 4, don’t expect to get any money from bringing your clothes here or to find anything that you can wear.
Never again. It’s a completely unfair process and will never sell anything to this specific location ever again. Manager was condescending and said I could have my designer dress back after I was offered pennies then changed her mind. It’s gross how they do business.
Great store for up-to-date, gently used clothing. There's not a huge selection for men, but you can find anything women's. Prices are easy. Join the "club" and get points that add up to discounts.
They have such a good selection of modest clothing. It was my first time selling so I didn’t bring much but, they also pay very well. Everyone is extremely friendly & nice & non judgmental. They helped with telling me about sales as well as taking my clothes that I no longer wanted from trying them on. 10/10
Clean store and that’s about it. The same clothes are there for months. The selection of large and xl clothing has diminished. The accessories are also unappealing. The last time I attempted to sell clothing here, I was loudly told that this store didn’t accept plus sizes. I was selling large and xl women’s clothing with some accessories. I found rack upon rack of size small clothing which seemed unbalanced from my decade plus experience in fashion retail. I probably won’t return to this location.
Never buy retail again! I love both stores.
This place discriminates against older people. It does state they buy and sell for "younger" adults. Wish someone had told me before I walked in with thousands of dollars worth of stuff last week. After I waited 45 minutes for them to start checking my stuff I decided the 25 minute wait they told me it would be was taking to long since they were talking instead of going through the clothes in front of me. When I said I'd just take my things and come back they said they noticed many of my things were more vintage or older than they would have taken anyway..Excuse me but I had a Burberry trench coat brand new, never worn, a burberry purse used twice, lots of one year old Calvin Klein and Tommy clothes. My daughter died last April. It took me awhile to go through her things but she wasn't old or outdated! I may be out but I dress nicely too. I don't appreciate shopping where I'm discriminated against. . Wouldn't step my foot back in this place.. .
Wow, the customer service here is so great. The girls here are so kind hearted and made my experience so pleasant I decided to apply to work with them! The dark haired assistant manager was so in tune to her guests needs and I've found so many great outfits for great prices! Not to mention, the store is so clean and organized it makes it a pleasure to shop here. Love it love it
