Had a great experience here. Our server was amazing and I ordered what she suggested as her favorite the risotto. It was bomb. My husband's lamb was also delicious. Cocktails were beautiful and delicious. Our waitress even brought us over a free drink during dessert. 5 stars!Food: 5/5
Our lunch was incredible! The food and drinks were creative and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic. Definitely get the Brussels sprouts and desserts... some of the best we've ever had.Food: 5/5
Accommodated a large party with reservation for us just fine for brunch on a Saturday morning. The spiked mocha is delicious and recommended by our server. Additionally the food was good too. Service was great, food was good although a little pricey but that’s part of the atmosphere as well as being in Pike & Rose. I would recommend it for a nice outing if you have a good excuse for one.
Stopped in for a drink. Wow! Bartenders are the show! They enjoy making fun, creative libations. I had an old fashioned - they started with smoke and finished with pomegranate. Really great flavor. After we watched them mix up a batch of espresso Martinis for another party, we just had to have one. So amazing! Definitely worth checking out. Great atmosphere.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Julii, a charming French Bistro with a Mediterranean twist, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and seated at a cozy table with a view of the bustling patio. The venue offered a great selection of classic French dishes with a Mediterranean twist, and I was delighted to see so many brunch options that sounded delicious. To top off the menu, the service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and cocktail list, and made some great recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. The ambiance was also lovely, cozy and intimate, but not too cramped. All in all, I highly recommend Julii's Bistro. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for brunch or a romantic date night. I can't wait to come back!
Loved the location of this restaurant. I ordered the steak frites. The steak was a bit dry. The food was good, but not great. There's nothing wrong with that. I would eat here again and try another dish. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very, very lovely. I could dine here alone, and people watch.Food: 4/5
Got to sit at the bar which is first come first serve. Service was friendly and exciting. All 3 bar tenders were quick and did an amazing job with the showmanship. Really enjoyed them making drinks. They had tons of fun facts for us and let us know what were some favorites on the menu. Drinks were great and very pretty honestly really great time. It you want a table make a reservation at 6 pm they had a 3 hour wait.
Waited 20 minutes for our weekend brunch table as they couldn't possibly move tables just sat there after paying the cheques, and was told we had 15 mins to order before the kitchen closes.... I asked what menu we can have after that and the answer was the kitchen is closed. Throughout the next 15 minutes they were sitting people.... Even past the time the server said. So annoying to be rushed for what seems to be no reason. Besides that the service was good, the atmosphere as one would hope for a bistro like experience and not too loud despite being full. On to the food. The French onion is weak and with a pretty transparent broth so clearly not done the French way and for the requisite time. The Alsatian tart was nice, and the rest of the food was excellent see photos. Cocktails were very well executed and balanced.... Very much enjoyed those.
Julii is in the center of a courtyard at Pike and Rose. The courtyard has a lovely grassy spot for sitting and letting children play. Julii has a lovely outdoor seating area. We sat there and it was lovely with a cool breeze. They play big band and music with French accordions. The food is a little pricy but delicious. My partner got the Benedict which had a very subtle but complex topping of fresh herbs. Despite being very tasty, it was very challenging to cut through the English muffin with the silverware. We kept laughing at the similarity to the SNL sketch where Ego Nwodim had to put her leg up on a chair to cut through her steak. So it was great food but not perfect. I got the breakfast burger with wedge frites. No complaints about the burger. Sadly, I was too full to eat the frites.
Quality food in a quaint atmosphere. The beets and burrata were excellent. The scallop crudo was a bit more “fishy” smelling than we expected but both were well prepared. Parking: Nearby parking was available and free for up to two hours garage and surface lot.
