Go back to the 1950s and enjoy really good American Cuisine. I love bringing my friends visiting me from other countries. Silver Diner offers a delightful dining experience with its 1950s-inspired decor and really good American cuisine. I admire that the menu includes a good selection of halal meat options as well. While the food is delicious, the service could be improved. If you prefer seating outside, there is a nice tent right next to the restaurant.
Good place to hang out with friends and family. We visited several times in the past few months, and the food is consistently good. The staff is very friendly and nice. I am glad to see a few halal options on the menu and would love to see more of them. I enjoyed their watermelon lemonade. The restrooms are neat and clean. Recommend this place!
Got the Lumberjack plate and the lunch half and half special corn chowder and tomato basil sandwich and it was great! Service was very slow, but it was decently busy in the middle of the day. Huge menu with a lot of options; classical American diner! The shakes are great and also giganticFood: 4/5
I ordered delivery , so I needed the n/a for service in house and atmosphere. I ordered a Turkey club sandwich. I would have rather them say we don’t have any Turkey than to give me a sliver barely covered the half of a half piece of cheese . The cheese was half of a slice for the entire sandwich, the next level of sandwich was only lettuce and tomato. No meat or cheese at all! I forgot to mention the bacon, huh, it was flavorful, it may have been a half of a slice on the entire sandwich. How is that a club sandwich? That was my first and last time ordering from this place. It was delivered on time but $20 ; heck no, it was not worth it! There was more paper on the toothpicks inserted in the sandwich than meat. You all need to be ashamed of yourselves.. These pics were taken the next morning after I was reminded how I was robbed of my money. If this is your go to spot DO NOT order the club sandwich.
Large portions, quality ingredients, nice variety in the menu with lots of healthy options. Get there early for brunch, outdoor seating as well.Food: 5/5
I have Been to silver diner couples of times and am member with their eat well programs. Anyway this visit is a mix bag. My entree skirt steak and eggs the steak is super chewy which I don't enjoy it at all. The chicken bbg lollipop is way too sweet and the marinade not enough penetration into the meat. The California omelet is decent. Finally the desert pie praline for two is freshly made on house and very well balance overall it still better choice options and food then IHOP. Vegetarian options: Plenty available Kid-friendliness: Yes family friendly Parking: Tons of free parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's accessible
Excellent food. I ordered the new menu item herein pictured: watermelon salad. Service from hostess to management overall was great, friendly and attentive. Antony, our server did a fantastic job paying particular attention to engage with us an make us feel welcome.
I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. Not only did they have plenty of vegan options to choose from but they had the creamiest vegan milkshakes I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back the next time I’m on this side of the country. This place was DOPE.Food: 5/5
First time here but for what everyone in my party order I can say it is a great place to eat. All food was tasty, with its own style. Pancakes are delicious fluffy and tasty. The chicken and waffles was really good with the really nice in home syrup mix they have. And the shakes are amazing. The hibiscus mango it is a combination different and refreshing. Really like this place. Recommend the shrimps and grits. Dietary restrictions: They have several options like gluten free, cage free eggs, vegan.
Wife and I generally come here for late-night breakfast after a work week. Among the appetizer choices, we recommend looking past the cheese fries, that might sound tempting, and going for the shrimp quesadilla. We've ordered the cheese fries a couple of times before, but neither the wife nor I are fans of the type of fries served, which are thin, short, and its typically cold when served. The burger is decent with a nice sized patty, but the bun felt too dry/stale; we did ask for medium, but it came out well done. The pancakes are very nice, eggs are good, but the sausage was not as great. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional with every experience, but we do consistently have to hunt them down for refills of the water, napkins, condiments, to-go boxes, and checks : Staff are always very nice about it though. The only area of discomfort I have is the tipping...it's a little much to have 20%, 22%, and 25% as the easy choice options...understandable, but I also don't agree with servers pressing 22% by default on the device before stepping away to let us sign, especially with the price of menu items. Overall, a good place for late night hangouts with friends.
