My kids been going to this dentist for about 2 years now. The staff is very awesome. Angela is very generous and super sweet. I recommend this dental office to anyone in the area with children under 16. Dr. Burgos is the best pediatric dentist that; I have encountered with for my kids.
All the staff members are so professional. They were very patient with my 2 children. Especially my special need child who's a bite challenging during his oral exam and treatment. At end of the visit there's a 25$ gift card for the kids, I wasn't expecting it. Thank you so very much may God bless you all in Jesus name Amen
I highly recommend Junior Smiles of Stafford for children dentistry. My son chipped his tooth while traveling on spring break. He came home devastated over his tooth. Junior Smiles fit my son in for an emergency appointment and quickly repaired his tooth. The staff were patient and friendly with him through the process. He had a huge smile after our visit. His tooth looks perfect. Along with receiving top care and expert advice for my child's dental care, the customer care is impeccable at Junior Smiles. I'm very grateful for Junior Smiles. They're very empathic and professional. My son has severe anxiety when it comes to any dentist and they were very understanding and they successfully performed the procedures that no other dentist could perform. I would highly recommend them. I would give them a 10 if it were an option.
My daughter had her checkup for the first time today at Junior Smiles of Stafford. I brought my friend’s son for his checkup a few weeks ago and decided to get her enrolled here as well. This practice is wonderful! The care and professionalism starting at the front desk, to the dental assistants, and dentists is outstanding. My daughter felt so comfortable and left there with the cleanest biggest smile! We also had the chance to meet the owner of the facility who is an Orthodontist himself - so humble and kind. Thank you Junior Smiles
I can not say anything but great things about their dental practice. All members of the staff from the owner, front desk and dental staff are always extremely happy to see and interact with us. My child needs extensive dental work done and they are always understanding and non judgemental. They are gentle, do a great job of explaining procedures, answer any of my questions and communicating to my daughter in a way a child would understand. We are always taken care of in a timely manner and if we do have a wait time they are extremely apologetic. Setting appointments is an easy process and we always look forward to our visit.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice and apologized when we had to wait a brief period of time after our appointment time. Eddie is amazing with kids! He's patient and explains everything he's doing to them before hand so they know what to expect. Dr Jana was super quick but thorough. She has a great demeanor and really kind! It was my daughter's first visit and it couldn't have gone better! We will absolutely continue to visit this office and recommend Junior Smiles of Stafford to other parents!!
They did well with all four of our kids! Especially with it being our kids first time going to the dentist! I appreciated their patience, especially with my girls who weren’t as thrilled about the dentist. Also to mention, our kids are all under 4! They Got us in & out quickly & were so inviting. All the assistants and the doctors were great. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Highly recommend Junior Smiles! My kids, even with cavities, were very happy with their experiences here. Much more so than our previous dentist. The staff has been nothing but wonderful. They have so much patience with my boys, they explained everything along the way to help them understand what was next. Our 6 month out cleanings are scheduled and my kids aren’t scared of going back!
Been coming here for my 3 kids the past 6 years, this office is the best with the best staff members and doctors. Always make us feel so welcome and always remember the kids names and make them feel at ease when scared
