Friendly guy but I have been trying to get in touch to make an appointment for WEEKS! I'm either sent almost immediately to voice mail or it rings 2 or 3 times, then im sent to voice mail. Left messages, no return calls or messages. My insurance only covers this 1 dentist in my area and the fact he seems to work when he wants is incredibly irritating. Either return the calls/messages I've been leaving or stop the machine from saying you'll return them.
I was in alot of pain and needed a root canal asap and I was able to come same day . Dr.Kim is absolutely amazing and has helped me so much . Thank you again , see you in a few weeks for my cleaning
Dr. Kim has always taken good care of me, staff are very friendly. Very pleased with his concern for your not being in pain.
ive been going to this denist sense 2020 i had an appointment at 10:15 they open at 10am i arrived 10:10am the doors were locked , someone should have reached out to me letting me know they were closed that way i could reschedule my appointment , terrible they dont care about there patients
Don't allow the slowness bother you because he cares about the patient and he takes his time on your teeth and has good prices and he will work with you on the price and he is very gentle I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone
Dr. Kim is amazing my insurance didn't cover everything I needed & his prices are amazing & he has such a big heart!
