I saw a recent reviewing mentioning how great the manager Heather is and I agree 100%. She really loves dogs and it shows she used to be a dog trainer. But she's also detail oriented and great with people. She has helped me resolve a few tedious requests/issues that I've had over the past year and she always does it with a lot of patience and kindness. The other staff members are wonderful as well. Top notch customer service and my dog is so much happier and healthier when eating the fresh chicken and rice.
I can't say enough good things about the store manager, Heather. We ran into an issue with our bulk order/delivery and she was able to quickly rectify the situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Fantastic customer service 10/10 would recommend. Also, the our dog loves the chicken and rice recipe and has been extremely healthy since switching to this brand.
Either out of stock or selling almost out of date food is simply unacceptable when you’re feeding your dog a prescription diet. JFFD is a highly unreliable company - if our dog was not so old we would drop JFFD in a second and find another reliable company.
It feels like family every time I enter. I can bring my dogs inside while I shop and they give treats!
Extremely clean. Can watch human quality pet food being made. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They even prepare meals for special dietary needs as long as you have a prescription from your veterinarian.
This place is beyond amazing. The staff are very nice, accommodating, and on top of things. Frequently they are busy but always greet you and acknowledge you. They have answers or are willing to get answers quickly for you. They want to help you figure out what you need, and they do it well!
I have been feeding JFFD for several months and my two dogs love it. They are very healthy and thriving. I am a veterinarian and have been practicing for 20 years and this is the best food I have fed any of my personal pets. I love the new kitchen in Corte Madera and the staff has always been top notch in their service.
I've been feeding this amazing healthy food to my pups for 2 years. One of my dogs used to get an upset stomach often on other dog foods I tried. Just Food for Dogs has been amazing. I never see any of my pups under the weather or unhappy. They are in tip top health! I also add the JFD omega oil to my pups food every day! Please give this food a go for your doggies! They will love you for it!
It's difficult eating these guys because the food is great, only they deny that dogs can eat wild earth brand and become even HEALTHIER. They refuse to consider this here even with the kindest of input. I hope someone opens their minds and helps them get on board with plant based dog foods because they are THE best. And this comes from having fed dogs in our household primal for years and see the massive benefits of it, but unless the dog is hunting their own meats, we as humans shouldn't be getting involved with this part.
Your employee told my husband to pronunciation his words better after giving her his card number over the phone three time. She was rude and we will never promote or go to your store again. During these times dealing with rude people is not worth it. Manager response requested.
