I wish I could give 0 stars. Kaiser/Kaiser Ontario especially, is nothing but a cruel demonic entity. My little brother Christian has been at this “hospital” for OVER A YEAR! He is still there currently and has been back and forth from the ICU trying to recover from a stomach infection and surgery. Because of the medical malpractices that are continually taking place it causes his healing process to restart over and over. Both the nurses and doctors are all rude and informative. The care is minimal and inefficient, patients like my brother are constantly being neglected and treated poorly. At night the patients basically survive until the shift change. It is a ghost town and we have seen it. Our family has been visiting him constantly the past 13 MONTHS! During his time there it seems as if they are only waiting for him to die so they can fill his bed with another person. When we visit him we are ignored and we have to ask who certain employees are instead of them formally stating their name & title. They have come in interrupting our prayer circle with no consideration. Our family has been experiencing countless detrimental setbacks preventing my brother from coming home all caused by Kaiser. Ironically, his condition could have been prevented had Kaiser not REFUSED him care at his previous appointment with them before falling victim to this illness. Now that he his in this position there has been nothing but a constant battle between our family and their staff. These are NOT people who “care, advocate, give or thrive..” These are people who steal, kill, and destroy lives including my 25 year old brothers’. This is a million dollar corporation, an institution with no real empathy or genuine concern for real people. To them every patient cured is a customer lost! Which is why now it is public news that Kaiser is SETTLING for a $49 MILLION DOLLAR deal after investigators have found body parts in their trash bins!!!! DO NOT waste your TIME, money or medicaid/medi-cal seeking care from this entity! I would suggest if you already have you change your healthcare provider IMMEDIATELY!!!
Their labor and delivery team is absolutely amazing. So helpful so passionate I have never seen a team work so well together and help their patients with exceptional service. It blew my wife and I away!!!
The check in process is horrible doesn't matter what department your appointment is you check in with everyone else on the first floor. Only 3 receptionists checking people in for the whole building!! Took over 20 minutes to get checked in so it made me late to my appointment. They were "nice" enough to squeeze me in back in the schedule when there was hardly any patients in the department I was in. The lvns were great. But the Dr not so much. She made it a point to document in my chart I was late and nothing else. I guess that mattered more than any health concerns. RIDICULOUS AND PETTY. If you're an obgyn patient. Stick to Fontana.
Extremely grateful! My wife was rushed to emergency, The RN don’t know if I can mention her name she was amazing! Then my wife was transferred to inpatient. the head RN, and all their staff were awesome. The surgeons! Super patient with her very understanding. I honestly can’t thank them enough! Thank you Kaiser! Thank you!
Horrible! I’ve been back and forth 3 times, each time I’ve waited over 5 hours. Today is the third time, I arrived at 3am and it is now 10am and I’ve yet to be seen. I was called back but for the wrong thing and sent right back out. I’ve been vomiting , unable to hold fluids , nor have have I eaten in 3 days! This is ridiculous. Not to mention on the 1st day they gave me a quarter of an IV and didn’t hook me back up. Side note : when I finally got to the back my doctor was amazing Justin Britton MD he is passionate and caring. He cares about his job and his patients. 10/10 service from him! Also my nurse Martin was great, thank you both for all of your help.
My wife and I have both had bad experiences with kaiser. My wife would go to the er while being pregnant with a tube in her kidney because she thought it looked infected on the area where the tube goes in. She waits 14 hours in the er to get told she's fine then sent home. She goes back less than 48hrs later waits about 16 hours gets seen and the Dr says it's definitely infected and starts her on antibiotics. This is just one incident that happened. There are many especially if youre pregnant the care seems worse. I can't even use it because I have to wait 8 weeks to even see a primary care Dr. I've been to both this and the fontanna kaiser both are absolutely garbage. The pharmacy is a joke also you will get a notification on the kp app that says your prescription is ready but when you go to get it and check in they say it doesn't even show that you have a prescription they will say 15 min wait for pharmacy and expect to wait 30 mins. Also when it gets near your date for your appointment don't be surprised when kaiser calls you and tells you they are going to reschedule the appointment for an even later date usually another 2 to 2 weeks out from your original appointment. It hurts me even more that I gotta pay over 120 dollars a week for this garbage. I know that I'm not the only one facing these issues also as I have coworkers that live near different kaiser and they are saying that they are having the same issues. I hope my company brings back anthem.
This is the worst medical care center I have ever been to, and that's saying something because I go to the VA to get service. I can't imagine why people would pay or subject themselves to this kind of treatment. Thank God none of my kids were dying because it is 4 months to get an appointment for my children's primary care doctor. Previously if my kids were with blue cross blue sheild and it was same day appointment. Unless you are really trying to get yourself killed choose anyone else if you can afford it.
We have been Kaiser patients in SD area the last 17 years and transferred to the Ontario Kaiser...My husband had a scheduled appt for 8:30 am, check in at 8:15,,,we arrived at 8:15 for the first appt of the day and waited until after 9:10 am to be taken to an exam room,,then waited until 9:30 before being seen...no other patients visible.... what a poor utilization of Kaiser resources, In addition the public restrooms were a disgrace!!! Management needs a tremendous overhall....
7-8 hour waits in the emergency room this was the general consensus from everyone waiting. Elderly woman in a wheelchair had ask for help to go to the restroom from my girlfriend. Terrible services compared to IEHP.
The receptionist are rude and carry attitudes for no reason. The ER wait will always be longer then what they tell you. Its best to avoid this place if you can. I waited 8 plus hours to never be seen and put down as left before being seen. I never left. My life isnt important here dont risk yours.
