VCA Aacacia Animal Hospital

Took my dog there for a complete exam last week. Vet never looked at ears mouth or teeth. But boy did they want to sell me everything like I just bought a used car. Good customer service would be for you to personally contact me about service. Not some comment please e-mail us we would like to discuss the matter. That is basically blowing me off as a client/ patient....

I'm not sure if it's considered a feedback. First time myself haking my dog to the to the vet. German Shepherd I don't know about prices I don't care about prices when it comes to my dog. How was told this place it's pricey i thought 300 $400 + for my dog's shots and flea medication and I only paid a hundred and 15 or $20. But the purpose of this review it's not the price it's the way I was treated my dog was treated aunt the information I gained by asking the vet keeping my dog hygiene and doing something about my dogs shedding hair. I I felt well taking care of so is my dog seems. This concludes my review hope you find this info useful thank you.

Generally love this clinic, but the changed their hours to pretty much have to take the day off to get an appointment. No emergency services either. Go elsewhere if you need convenience. Star date October 15th, the staff at VCA Aacacia have let me down by forcing me to get an appointment and then missing that time by a half hour. Star Date January 13th, check in before appointment time after taking a half day off to visit the vet. Nearly 20 minutes later after checking in. Still waiting. I like the staff, they are very nice, but the inconvenience is annoying at best. And definitely no emergency services that I can see anymore.

The staff at VCA are top notch. I was seen immediately without an appointment for an emergency. My dog received a very thorough exam and diagnosis. The doctor called me the next day to follow up. They know we care about our pets and they treat us with compassion.

By far our favorite veterinary hospital! Today we had our hands full with 2 children and both dogs and they were so helpful and attentive. Our dog brandy is such a handful she expressed her anal glands all over the technician and she was so sweet about it, joking and not mad at all. I'm fearful to have such a wonderful local vet.

Very nice people there arrived to my appointment early offered to get me in early if possible they did while I was there to offering me coffee or something to snack on if I was hungry make me feel at home very very nice people working there the workers all made me feel at home there

I love this place. Our dog Daisy came to us from a friends home in Corona and they had taken her here from her birth. So we stuck to the same place. We still go all the way from Irvine to Corona for all our pet's health requirements. We have also used their boarding services multiple times now and I can only tell you I'm more than happy with all that they provide. Our pet stays happy there and they provide the best care for her. Dr. Dhama is the best! He is an excellent doctor and genuinely cares for his animals! Our little Daisy is lucky to have him as her Dr and this wonderful staff and hospital that cares for her! Great place no doubt they have taken care of my dog on two occasions. The only complaint I have is amongst the staff with thier communication. Today the doctor called me back with the results and didn't mention when my dog was going to be ready to go home nor did the technicians. So I waited, hours from the call. I then called around 2pm and the staff told me they thought the Dr told me he was ready to go home. The day before this I had my dog get numerous work done and he needed alot of medication. The girl at the front desk told me that someone would come out with my dog and explain the medication. And when the lady came out she handed everything to me and said directions are on the box and walked away. After I took my dog home I received call later from a technician who said they failed to mention my dog had another issue which was not told to me on the phone call prior. Another thing I forgot to mention was the door being locked when I picked my dog up at 4pm. Other than this I don't have any problems with VCA.

Accacia animal hospital has been there for my pets each time one of them had an emergency! The staff are compassionate and kind and gave me peace of mind letting me know my pet will be fine. Each time they were right and has given my pets healthy extended lives.

This is the very best place to take your furbabies. They are kind, compassionate, patient and love our pets as much as we do. They have taken care of our dogs and cats for years. We live in Redlands and won't go anywhere else. Their prices are manageable and they NEVER push you to do more than you can afford.
