A nice community library in the area! It’s not big nor too small so the size is perfect for family or visitors around here. They have good amount of computers, tables/chairs to sit and read/work so it’s very comfortable and good environment! Also, there’s a play ground on the outside it’s nice that kids can play over there while adults are reading and watching over them over the window! Staffs will welcome you when you enter! I like it! The library is a such a nice place to come in study, read, and relax for individuals and families alike. Staff is super friendly and it's a nice place to cool down in the hot summer day.However, I do wish they had more outlets available since they always seem to be taken.
Unfortunately, this publicly funded library doesn't open until 10AM. By 10 AM most of the morning hours are gone. And, it closes at 6PM. Any wonder why this library is better attended? It's not available for the employed/working public.
Disappointed at the staff! Love coming here with my son but the last time I was there the lady took some blocks out my sons hands while I was standing right there. He got upset and had to calm him down. Not the best approach. Smh
A trip to the Library, in the summertime, has been one of our favorite activities. There’s a great selection of children’s and Spanish books. I also take advantage of downloading audiobooks into my phone and listen while on the go!
This library is so great. Everything from the young adult to adult fiction is organized and orderly. The kid section surprisingly isn’t a crazy mess. They have a very systematic area for holds, and easy self check out. The librarians are very helpful. It’s very clean. The restrooms are located just a bit outside of the doors to the library. There are so many benefits to being part of the Harris County Library System, and they can tell you all about it!
Went to pick up books on hold and returns books. Shannon was very helpful and very happy to help finding books for kids and a smooth check out process. Some books weren’t out on shelf that had came in today and she went out of her way to find them. Very nice and quiet library and outside area for little kids to play.
love our community library! we always feel cozy coming in. great selection of children's books. employees are always kind and helpful.
The librarians are always super sweet and helpful! Unfortunately the people who visit the library aren't always so nice, but you can always rely on the librarians
I love the children’s selection in this library. The Librarians are also very kind and helpful. My favorite event was the Halloween event with my children where they did science experiments in front of the kids. I also like the book bundles they choose for us!
