The director has no empathy toward the children of the deceased. Spoke rudely and not professionally. I recommend not to use this funeral home. Totally disrespectful to the feelings of family. Ushers did not want the child of the deceased to sit in front row of funeral. Children were not consulted for obituary. Don’t use them.

I was extremely pleased with how every staff member and Mr. Biglow were senitive and compassionate to my needs in providing funeral arrangements for my deceased mother. Biglow Funeral services personal were helpful, knowledgeable and patient during and after our families time of grief. They listened to our concerns/ request, in the planning of my daughter's services, and worked with our family towards the services we desired. It was a beautiful celebration of her life. Everything was very organized and a lot of detail went into the obituary, how the flowers were set up as well as the presentation overall.
