I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Wu. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. Kensington Dental is a clean and welcoming environment, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I stepped in and got welcomed by Karen. Dr. Wu is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable dentist. From the moment I met her, he exuded professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. During the procedure, Dr. Wu's expertise was evident. She performed the treatment with precision and care, ensuring my comfort at all times. His gentle touch and attention to detail were truly remarkable. I felt confident in her abilities and knew that I was in good hands. Izzy, the dental hygienist, also played a crucial role in making my visit enjoyable. He was friendly, personable, and made me feel at ease. Izzy's gentle cleaning technique was thorough yet gentle, leaving my teeth feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Overall, I highly recommend Kensington Dental and specifically commend Dr. Wu and Izzy for their outstanding professionalism and expertise. I had my first visit last week for an exam and a cleaning today including a deep cleaning. I was astonished at both visits at how well I was cared for and how peaceful it was. All the staff were so kind. I'm going to recommend this office to all my family and friends.
These guys are the absolute best. I had some really trying issues that have gone on for decades that multiple other offices had brushed off. Dr Le has done wonders for my dental health. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and happy I am with this practice. They are always so kind. So helpful. So patient. Just wonderful. I have recommended them to countless people.
Overall the staff was incredibly caring and friendly. Izzy the technician was upbeat and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone introduced themselves by name, prepped me for what was going to happen then checked in at every step. I had an extra thorough cleaning without any pain or discomfort. Dr. Kendrick was great. Here’s the problem- the exam room was very dirty. The lobby and X-ray area was clean and I noticed that they wiped down every surface but…the machines in the room were caked with dust and dirt , the floors are dirty, paint is coming off the walls. At the very end of my exam as I was leaving I actually saw a bug run across the chair I had been sitting in.

It was decent. The wait times were pretty long and they had an issue with their X-ray machine. Their oral surgeon only comes once a month so it was difficult to get an appointment for a shattered tooth that is causing a lot of pain. Although, they were very accommodating for the time and prescribing antibiotics.
I have had several visits to this office as a patient the past few years and my experience has been very good. I would like to highlight Luis the office manager, as well as Karen and Nate at the front desk, for consistently doing a great job and being very nice. I also love Dr. Wu, who is a gem and the best dentist i've ever had. She has great skill and attention to detail, and is just a great person in general. Thank you, A.M.
I’ve been really glad with my experiences so far at Kensington Dental Group. The whole staff has been super friendly and explain the process and procedures every time I have been in. I don’t really dread going in as I feel I am in good hands. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
I’ve been going here for about three years and this dental practice is incredibly friendly, accommodating and flexible. Hassan is a fantastic hygienist, Dr. Le always takes his time to review everything with me and is very gentle and Jennifer & Luis past and current office managers are great at dealing with insurance and scheduling.
I really appreciated the communication during my whole visit. I was constantly checked in on, asked for consent, informed, and given time to make decisions. My teeth feel amazing after the cleaning and I'm excited to have a new, comfortable, dentist.
