Very friendly. The nurse made me feel comfortable who did my breast imaging. She made the process go fast. Another time there was this lady Dr. who went out of her way to find a specialist who was willing to take my case and get a stereotactic biopsy done to me asap instead of waiting for one whole month. Thank you!
Honestly one of the worst places to be. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Even virtual appointments over the phone. If you miss a call even by a minute and try to call them back you have to go through the whole process of booking another appointment. One time they called me at 6:15pm I miss the call by a minute and when I called back they said they are close at 6pm and to call tomorrow. After I waited the whole day for this appointment. Find another clinic. Honestly I’m just waiting to get my degree and move to another country with better healthcare. In the meantime I’d rather pay money at an urgent care then deal with this place.
Clinic truck/Park event staff is horrible! They are not about keeping kids “healthy” I won’t share the details of my encounter with the staff at the event.. However find a more nurturing crew! Specially at these park events.
I got here at 9:10 am and my appt was at 9:30am its 10:15 am and still waiting. The interesting part is I noticed a girl just getting here claiming she is daughter of someone who works here! Guess what? She is already in getting x-rays the rest of us WAITING!!!!!!
I understand that the services are available at little or no cost but this is horribly managed healthcare. I am a new patient and after a few interactions and visits I would highly recommend that you go anywhere else. I can imagine that literally anywhere else would provide such incompetent care. Please go elsewhere!
Literally the worst clinic I have ever been to. I am 6 weeks pregnant, have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks to be seen by someone and they have managed to "refer" me to UCSD so that I never got my appointment here, and yet when I call UCSD they say that they have no record of me and no one ever went over the fax. The employees here not only seem miserable but have no idea what they are doing or why. There is zero organization. When I showed up for what was supposed to be my appointment I got sent to several departments all of which had no idea why I was there and treated me poorly. One girl even said she didn't have time for me because she wanted to go on a break. Trust me find literally any other clinic
Unfortunately writing this review because the doctors here are so kind, but after being a patient here for over a year, it seems like their online system of scheduling appointments is non existent. Past few times I've scheduled a follow up here and everytime I show up, they claim to say I don't have any appointments, clearly wasting my time. I've asked for referrals to see a different specialist when it comes to my diabetes and keep getting referred to the same horrific doctor when I specifically asked them NOT to recommend me that doctor MULTIPLE times. I really prefer and love the kindness of the doctors here but it just seems that their online patient system is a joke.
I was unlucky enough to get FNP Jessica Wilson, she barely let me tell her my symptoms and after cutting me off she diagnosed me within 1 minute of my arrival. I could tell I was more of a nuisance to her than a person or a patient. If you are assigned to her do yourself a favor and ask for a different Nurse Pratictioner!
Let me tell you how HORRIBLE / AWFUL this place is. Went in because of a “threaten miscarriage” ONLY TO BE TOLD THE BABY IS GONE & “dead” and they need to perform an emergency D&C…. Right away…. My heart broke and the doctor was so cold about how she told me. Just saying it’s dead and gone and we need to get this done. I then ignored EVERYTHING she told me. I DID NOT GO IN FOR A D&C… just to find out i was actually 10 weeks pregnant!!!!!!! I was Suffering from a hematoma…. NOT A MISCARRIAGE. this is one of the WORST CLINCS EVER. Really hope they get better doctors and staff. People shouldn’t be so heartless when telling someone about their “dying fetus”…. Don’t come here. Do not waste your time here.
Their appointments are all in a month or longer. All their services take forever. If someone has a stage one cancer they will end up dying with stage 4 by when they get help from this clinic. They have zero empathy and patients have no human worth. They are so rude on the phone and their best solution is "Go to the ER". I've been to the ER more than 10 times last year. If they had helped me quicker, I wouldn't need to stay in the hospital.
