We had a great time at the Technology Students Association conference at this facility. The facility had great security and it was very well maintained.
This is a good convention center and very accessible. There are good food concessions inside and a variety of restaurants nearby.
The Christian Church Disciples of Christ held the General Assembly here. Enough space for all the activities spread over three floors except for special catered meals which were across the street in another building. One dislike was there was basically only one main entrance back into the convention center which was harder for those who had walking liabilities. Nice restrooms, but at a distance from where the main activities were on the bottom and main floors. Parking at the lots were across the street and relatively easy to get to, especially the handicap parking. Just had to pay for it.
I came to Louisville for a conference, so I spend plenty of time in the Kentucky International Convention Center. It is a pretty good spot for a conference, if it is a large conference! This place is pretty big. The place itself is well kept and clean. Most of the locations are clearly labeled, and you can get around with the escalators to different floors. There are also stairs but they seemed to lead out of the building in a weird way. I got confused using the stairs so just stick to the escalators. There are lots of spots to take photos, such as with the "Louisville pronunciation" sign. The presentation rooms are nice, and the main auditorium is very large. Nice stage as well. There's also an ice cream shop and coffee spot inside. You can't bring food from outside in unfortunately. So if you grab lunch and need to head back to the conference center, be prepared to eat outside on the steps. The staff here is great for the most part. One of the men working here helped me find a nice lunch spot nearby! However, one of the employees I don't know if she works for KICC or a different group wasn't very friendly and often seemed annoyed. She was working in technology support. All in all, a fine conference center. Good location, newer setting, some food inside, and pretty good employees.

I attended the 2022-2023 National Senior Beta Club Convention, and it was by far the best experience. The only downside was that if you wanted to eat something, it was that you had to buy from the stands that were there and they didn't allow you to bring outside food. Like ?
Amazing facility. Staff kinda rude and pushy, but just ignore them, and they move on.

This place just got a complete makeover! Taking it from 3 to 5 stars. The layout is brilliantly simple, and allows clear direction for simultaneous events. The ballrooms and expo halls can accommodate any size event, and their is ample parking connected by pedway bridge. I should also add the management is extremely easy to work with.
Food is an issue at conferences, they don't allow outside food but they are not offering anthing to purchase of substance. The layout is tough if the conference fills the entire facility, since a street splits through the middle of the main floor. Lots of walki g in big circles!
