Never did I think a storage unit would lock you out of your own unit after being on auto pay and never missing a payment because they lost your lease. The lady with the colored hair inside was very rude and unprofessional was upset that we had showed up 30 mins before they closed to make sure we were able to enter our unit. After being locked out and not being able to access our work items. Would definitely not recommend this place and would definitely think that keylock would hold their employees to a higher standard.

Great storage place with very nice office staff.

I have previously done business with this facility, and had a positive experience. This time, I had a reservation for a unit and was unable to complete the transaction online. I went to the location. While the hours were stated to be 9-6, no one was there at 9. I called customer service twice and was told I would be contacted soon. I wasn't, no one showed up by 9:45, and I went to another business. Disappointed!

This is an awesome facility. It is clean, well maintained and definitely service oriented with the customer’s needs in mind! I have had multiple other nice storage facilities in the past - but none as nice as this. I always get treated extremely well and the staff has gone well beyond my expectations on multiple occasions to help me. Angel has been an amazing help to me making my ever-changing schedule and deliveries work out - even when I can’t be there. They always offer me water, coffee or Popcorn and the ability to use their conference room for meetings. They definitely go out of their way to make this more than a storage facility. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I would highly recommend Keylock Storage if you ever find yourself in the need of space for short or long term use. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, and Angel lived up to her name! Angel walked me through the process patiently and helped me secure the appropriate sized unit for my belongings. She is extremely professional as well as personable in her customer service. I was particularly impressed with how considerate her company is towards movers by offering a clean restroom and complimentary water bottles to stay hydrated. The prices are very reasonable, the property is clean and secure, and you will not receive better customer service than this anywhere else!

Keylock Storage on Franklin in Meridian is a very secure, clean, well-kept facility. The staff, especially Angel, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and made the whole process of renting, then canceling a second unit seamless. When we arrived with a truck load of household items from Denver, we thought we were going to need an extra unit to fit all of our items into, but it turned out we were able to fit everything in our 10 X 10. When I returned to the office to cancel the second unit on the same day that we rented it, there was no hassle. They gladly refunded our money and canceled the contract. That is great customer service!!! I highly recommend this facility to future renters.

Excellent experience! Worked primarily with Angel but all the staff were courteous and professional. They had equipment available to help with our unloading and loading needs. The rental agreement was well explained and check-out was easy. The coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn were an added treat. I would recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Learned bout this facility because my father used them and had a great experience. So I chose it when I needed storage as well. The staff - very kind and very understanding of the headaches of moving. Super clean lot and the office area is very large and open with nice restrooms. They offer complimentary coffee or bottled water if you need a drink. I could have chosen another facility that was just a bit cheaper when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, but I didn't want to take by business elsewhere because of the staff and comfort of storing my belongings at this site.

Service is awesome. Facility is clean. Angel is very friendly and thorough. My storage locker was immaculately clean. I think she vacuumed it prior to me moving my stuff in. Angel runs this Facility as if it were her own business. Very profeaional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space. Very satisfied.
