We no longer have a chicken place in Lebanon. Brownsburg has KFC. We ordered ahead as we had a large order for a birthday party. We got there a couple min early, and they had our order ready within 5 min of us arriving! The order was perfect! No missing items or different l! The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you!
Forgot an item in my order that wasn't even ready at the time the app said, not mad about the wait because they make it all fresh. 5 stars for food. Would not pick up phone after 5 back to back calls. Same thing on past orders. No regard for people calling in to their stores so they can alert the store of missing products to reach a resolution. Drove back and yes I demanded double the missing item it was a side not the main attraction...mac and cheese...hah They said no, told em I'll contact HQ if not cus I was just about tired of his attitude, been there many times with his same attitude. Staff/he said "it doesn't matter if you call KFC head quarters, go ahead" I got my double order of mac... After attitude.. Edit: even the door dash customer service tried calling this location after my misplaced ordered and couldn't get through. Customer service replaced my ordered but this location canceled because it was too close to closing. But operating hours mean operating hours. If you have to drop fresh wings at 950pm then you drop them becuase your operating hours are not over.
Chicken and mashed potatoes cold and half cooked. Whoever is cooking needs to check food temperature. That's why you guys are losing so many customers. People pay for hot crispy chicken and hot sides. The batter was a flour goo mess. And cold as Ice. You management need to get it together. Do you jobs. I applied multiple times because I know I would make a difference there. You guys are sad.
The place was clean, staff friendly, order correct, food was very good. Chicken sandwich is huge. Will visit again. Sad that popcorn chicken is gone. Parking: Plenty of room Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
A pretty good KFC but order accuracy is off at times. Forgetting to pack dipping sauce with the order is one thing, but an entire box of biscuits and a box of chicken nuggets? On the plus side, ordering through the app is easy and pick-up is fast.
There are pretty much hit or miss. One day I went there and ordered a three piece meal original recipe and the chicken was under cooked in places, I couldn't eat it, I returned it and asked for extra crispy instead. I guess it depends on what time of day you go, sometimes the preparation of the food is unsatisfactory. Then I went on a different occasion and order the chicken sandwich meal, I specifically asked for freshly cooked fries and still received cold stale tasting fries. But as far as customer service their attitudes are friendly and welcoming.

The whole place was trashed at this location. The good was okay... but we are so scared that we are going to get sick. This is never like the KFC by us.Food: 3/5
We used to love KFC, flavor and quality have gone down significantly, but prices continue to climb. I do have to say the man working the counter I assume a manager mentioned he had been there aince 8 am and it was now almost 6 pm, long shift, but he had a good attitude and kept reinforcing his folks that they were doing a good job. Tough gig for sure.
My tenders 3 times now have been undercooked not crispy breading falls off. Not good at all. Sad cause I used too love kfc when I lived in Texas People are posting on next door about this location too. Managers need to step up.Food: 2/5
