Absolutely awful. First off they didn’t even have seasoning for the nacho fries so we got plain fries and then barely gave us any cheese in either of the cups we got with the fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my nacho fry “nachos” and it had them and it’s supposed to come with guac but didnt. Our soft tacos were so sad and neither had much meat on them. And on top of that my husbands NACHO FRY BURRITO had literally 1 fry and black beans when I asked for none. I’m usually pretty forgiving but literally every item was messed up in some way. I even placed an online order so how? Going to call tomorrow since it’s midnight and explain what happened cause this is ridiculous.
They no longer take your order. It's kiosk only. That also means they never come out and clean the tables. Food on the floor and tables. If they get your order wrong. They totally ignore you. You have to yell to get their attention. Or maybe call the phone. Maybe that's more appropriate. Since face to face human interaction is frowned upon.
I ordered online and pulled into the drive-thru to see 10 cars waiting ahead of me. I sat there for about 10 minutes before I got out of line so I could park & go in as we hadn't moved at all. Upon walking in, I was informed by another customer that she'd been waiting for 20 minutes already and hadn't received her order. There were about 6 other people waiting as well. Apparently, they only had 3 people working that night. Trying to run drive-thru, inside register and cook. Taco Bell needs to do better. Putting their employees in that position is not acceptable, and probably why they have so few. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I got my order. They had locked the doors and were closing early around 8 pm due to low staff.
Made an order for door dash Saturday night for some food with chicken and by early Sunday morning I was feeling ill. Called the next day to be told to call in the morning then hung up on. Talked to the manager Monday morning who said they didn't have any other calls about it. Didn't really seemed upset about it or concerned. Never ordering from here again
Actually service was good. I did everything myself except cook it. Also dining in all tables cleared of trash but none cleaned. 3 passed us going in so not able to answer questions As we could go smoke outside the door.Food: 4/5
Every time I try to give this Taco Bell another shot I regret it. Taco Bell use to be my favorite go to fast food place. But not anymore. Prices went up and food quality went down. Y’all always forget the sauces too. My chicken was ice cold like it didn’t even hit the hot bar. It tastes so gross now man. It’s so sad. And I didn’t get my drink which I called several times and got no answer. Then a few hours later I called and talked to the GM who was full of excuses and a little rude to be honest. There is no apologies not anything but excuses. Then you wonder why your customer base is dropping. BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE AND BAD FOOD.
Let's just begin with we can't take your order at the counter so if you want food you will have to order from the from one of two computers and that wasn't the best way for me to order because I would rather someone do their job. Unless the company is going in a different direction like Walmart is... by not having any customer service check outs just self checkout. If that's the case they can just watch me drive by and take my business elsewhere. The food wasn't worth my time I spent ordering it! No discount for doing their job either!
It was an okay experience. My crunch wrap supreme had almost no ground beef in it, which was disappointing. The store was fairly clean. We ordered on the kiosk so we didn’t really have any interaction with the employees.
We ordered at the only place you can. At the kiosk. I hate kiosks! The food was prepared right and was hot and in a good amount of time.Food: 5/5
We ordered a total of 7 items. Only 1 item was anywhere close to made correctly and we are missing items. Sadly, this isn’t the first time. We don’t eat at this location due to constant quality issues. We decided to give it a try again and we are, yet again, disappointed. The pictures below are how we received a steak quesadilla. It was missing steak, and had excessive sauce, but was in the wrong package and looks like a 3 year old made it. It will be a very long time before we come back to this location again
