Got the family meal and it was fine. Also got a chicken tender meal but the tenders were dry and like rubber. Will go next door to bud's chicken next time. Almost 50 dollars for 8 piece meal and chicken tender meal. Very disappointed.

I give this two stars only because the people who work there are very nice, it isn't the cleanest Kentucky Fried Chicken I've ever been to, the kitchen floors were dirty the equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned and the tables and chairs are not that clean either. The food is half and half. Sorry to be so negative

I love KFC!  The one on Northlake Blvd., North Palm Beach Florida  I had lunch there today and it was the best fried chicken I ever had And any KFC.

Stopped by on my way home from work since I work right across the street and ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken at the drive thru and specified NO WINGS. I even chatted with the drive thru attendant while getting my food about not wanting the wings and why which we both laughed about and agreed on. I get home from work and the 8 piece bucket was half wings! I should have noticed because the bucket felt like there was little to no chicken in it. Unfortunately not even close to enough food to feed my family so I decided to drive back for a refund. I went into the store and first spoke with the drive thru attendant that remembered my order and our conversation. He was apologetic and called over the manager on duty to assist me. She was nothing but rude. I explained to her that I just drove over 28 miles round trip to return the food that I paid $19.78 for because my order was completed botched up. She opens the bucket and asks in a sarcastic voice "where is the rest of the chicken"? My family was waiting for dinner so I left the other 4 pieces 2 legs and 2 breasts for them to eat. This rude manager on duty easily and rightfully should have refunded my money but refused and only credited me back a little over $6.00 and took back the 4 wings. Even after explaining to her what happened she did not care. I would have been fired or at least written up if I treated a customer that way. I will never go back to this establishment for the way I was treated and for anyone reading this you should go to Buds Chicken located just next door. They will treat you a whole lot better and you can trust your order will be on point.

I was the only car in drive through , so I stopped to take a look at menu that's when employee female became Tyler Perry & began speaking with her hands also began taking off earrings & stuttering words like oh no he didn't and talk to the hand ... as she was putting vaseline all over her face that's when I noticed feet and legs trying to come out drive up window that's when I decided to put car in reverse and went to good old Burger King !!!  Vegetarian options: I wouldn&#39;t know personally but seen it on menu   Kid-friendliness: The have a special place for good boys &amp; girls and for not so attractive kids a sling shot and chicken nuggets is all you need   Parking: All the way in back  at end of parking lot is extra extra parking but stay away from dog &amp; cat skins   Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its  great &amp; it starts from curb  off street  cant miss it   Dietary restrictions: More about options about dietary restrictions so basically you can&#39;t order 15  double cheeseburgers and with a diet beverage

Same as always. Got my food at the drive-thru. Girl was nice and friendly. Food was hot and quickly received. I even got an extra biscuit.7 instead of the usual 6. No complaints, just the usual high praise. Ain't no wonder I  these girls, they are awesome. Oh yeah, foods good too.

This is probably the 10th time by now I've gotten food from this location. Every single time, my order has been wrong, and I've had to go back to get it corrected. I also think the staff gets angry when I ask them to correct my food, as several times now they will just load my food boxes with grease that leaks all of the rest of my food and all over my car. They always have an attitude when they take my order, and the food is never fresh. Worst KFC location I have ever been to.

Don't go here. They were out of everything we went there for. Out of food items & beverages

You've gotta love KFC! The food is consistently delicious. I try not to eat it too often because I know it's probably not very good for me, but it's so tasty I have to eat it sometimes. The service at this KFC is actually very good. I recommend this.
