Stopped on my way home from work went to drive-through for a beef broccoli and all I got was two small pieces of meat. This has happened a few times. Will not go again worst Panda I have ever been too.
The worst Panda Express experience. The girl gave me a bowl full of 99% white rice and 1% of actual entree. When I ask her to put more she says regardless it's always more rice than entree!!. I literally paid for a bowl full of rice... Regretted not asking for my money backFood: 1/5
Best Panda Express around my area. It must go through the food so fast cuz it's always fresh every time I go there. No more free samples to test things but still they give you large portions here. Got to love that free fortune cookie at the end!
When I came to this location today 9=13=23 I order my food thru the drive thru. I ordered for 2 plates and 2 egg rolls. I was told to pull to the side because it was a 5 minute wait for the egg rolls. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked in the restaurant to find a bowl full of egg rolls. No one ever came out with my food and I had to wait because they totally forgot I was a customer. The service is really bad. Please be aware of this location. It was a total disappointment
Don't come here at 830pm bc the staff will be completely cleaned up with no food available. They should write their hours for closing at 830pm. I have been to other Panda Express locations and I have never experienced this. In other locations if they run out of food they have u wait while they cook. In this one they said they could offer me crab Rangoon. I've even been to other locations and showed up at 855pm and they have food and tend to their customers. Not this one.
They had almost no food available at 8 pm. We asked the girl are you guys closing or something? She said yes. The door says open until 9:30 pm. Lazy employees clearly.Food: 1/5
The location at 128 North Ave in Northlake sucks. They are always burning the chow mein, but worst of all is they give you small portions of food compared to the other restaurants. Today I got a bowl with Chow Mein and Kung Pao chicken. The bowl wasn't even half way full with food. Other locations will fill the plate or bowl so that you have a decent portion, this location doesn't fill anything at all. They need to retrain their staff on proper portion sizes. What they're serving is not worth what I'm paying.
Thanks Wing Stop for saving my lunch break from the grasp of Panda Express incompetence. They prefer to open late and not have anything prepared.
Overall I like getting my food here, but I just had my order doordashed and my plate wasn’t even full it was suppose to be half chow mein and half fried rice and double orange chicken and my plate was half full it was disspoontinf considering how much it cost to get it delivered and everything but overall was basically empty
I was charged before given my order and was told I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked.
