Incredibly busy on a Saturday afternoon. However, both staff members we encountered were helpful.
My kids love the new sushi station! I have brought it home several times & they love it, it is really good quality, great presentation, and so convenient. All of the recent store renovations are great, and most of the workers are really nice. I live in Elmhurst & overall it is much friendlier & easier to get in & out of, than Costco in Oakbrook! Especially with the scan & go pay option. Thx:
Good values around, clean store. Get to know your prices before buying in bulk and plan your purchases, easy to buy things you don't need here. For those that can manage credit cards, the Sam's card can help at the pump and in the store.
Bakery workers are amazing! Line workers are amazing! Store is very organized! Who ever is in charge of the karts in the parking lot not so much!!! Karts blocking parking spots! I guess not all customers put away their karts and the kart workers are too busy on cellphones!
When I arrived at the store they had 4 cashier's. When I went to check out, there was only 1 cashier and a long line. People don't want to use self checkout. So stop pushing people to use it. I will never ever use self checkout. You are not paying me to do this. This is a job being lost because corporate wants keep their profits and don't want to spend money on their employees. I believe in the American worker. We need more jobs. I have walked out of stores and restaurants that only have self checkout. I have taken my business to stores that have cashier's. I see a cashier at Sam's Club that is why I still shop here. If you continue to go down the path of self checkout and one day have no cashier's, I will stop shopping here as well. This is someone's job on the line all because Corporate America wants to keep their profits and not pay the American worker.
Great lines were long. I did scan and go and was in and out with 10 cases of waters in under 5 mins
Stopped by this Sam’s club before a party. This was a nice sized Sam’s club. One down side I saw right away, a lot of the carts had jiggly or rough wheels. Making it hard to push. The store area was pretty clean, lines were typically long but nothing crazy. They could’ve had an extra cashier out. Overall good trip. Parking lot can get kinda full since there’s lots of stores nearby.
It's better than going to Costco. This is my Sam's store love going here shopping and always something new and kids it as well the pizza of course.
Love this store. Clean and always have watch you want. And very friendly..
