Everyone in this pharmacy has been nothing but rude to my mother to her doctor and they are the most incompetent people when it comes to Medicare billing. When both Medicare and the doctors office tell you that is a rude incompetent people I would never set foot in there again As to your response yes I was using language that warranted your treatment of my mother. And I slammed your doir trust me if I was trying to break it down it wouldn’t still be there Both the doctors office and Several people at Medicare agree that you are the problem. I worked in a pharmacy for over 15 years myself and know how to deal with insurance and treat a customer. So you can reply all you like it does not change the fact you and the woman there are both rude and have no idea how to treat people and are holding documents from her doctor with her private health care information which she no longer authorized you to have.
Poor customer service!! Had a problem and never offered help To rectify the problem. Did all the right paper work and made all the right calls but was never actually listened to and helped like other pharmacies I go to. My doctors office even called!! This one never again!! We absolutely went through all the proper process! All appropriate paperwork was done through the Doctor and Medicare agreed.
This is an essential business for the area and the doctors at Rush Copley around the corner refer patients there. The owners care and explain products well. You feel like they actually see you and like you. For someone who grew up online and using impersonal pharmacies I found to my surprise that I liked real life human to human empathetic help. Lol. They are smart and kind. The pharmacy is a true traditional pharmacy meaning the pharmacist gets to know you as a person and will advise you well. Becoming a pharmacist takes a lot of training and ultimately they receive their PhD. So, the fact that an actual pharmacist will take their time to get to know your medication needs and help you personally reduces the likelihood of mistakes - it is safer. They also have better packaging for their meds so your loved ones won't likely skip doses and you'll easily know if they do. If I lived closer there I'd make that my primary pharmacy for everything. As it is I drive there when I can.
This place is a scan, my Dr gave me a script for an abuteral nebulizer machine. The nurse at VNA calles them and confirmed they where able to use my insurance through Medicaid. They lied and when I came in the pharmacist told me I would have to wait till they confirmed the order through my insurance... It's been almost a month!!! I called today and the pharmacist told me that it's still not in that he had to call my Dr again to confirm the order? I never received a call or anything!!! These people who run this pharmacy are inconsistent and not respondible, at all! These reviews seem fake to me cause my experience was not good at all! Take your business elsewhere!!!
I was told I was going to get free prenatal vitamins with a pregnancy test result and an ID I called before to confirm. When I got there with my positive pregnancy results and ID on hand the same person who answered my phone call before arriving denied the vitamins. So sad to see this kind of Service.
My wife and I purchased a medline wheelchair for $235.00. We got it home and I was pushing my Mother in law into a restaurant and the front wheel locked up! She was almost propelled out of the chair. I inspected it and found the front wheel was rubbing against the frame which caused the wheel to go sideways and lock up. We attempted to return it and were told to go through the manufacturer. The owners were extremely rude and belligerent. The wife was a bully. The chair was obviously defective! Instead of doing the right thing by the customer they claimed it was their policy not to except returns. I asked even with a defective item that could easily have caused injury to a 78 year old woman. They passed the buck to the manufacturer which is very common in today’s times. Two weeks later I have still gotten nowhere with the manufacturer who demands an invoice that kingsway never provided to us. Kingsway could have provided a very simple solution to this problem by just accepting the defective return, Buyer Beware, shop here at your own risk
I have been getting my Meds there from August 2003 since they opened the doors their professionalism, communication and overall Consumer Engagement is off the charts. You cannot get that kind of service anywhere else and to this day Its still my go-to pharmacy and I know they will deliver everytime!

Terrible experience. Bought a piece if medical equipment that turned out defective and dangerous. Called to tell them and was told to bring it back in. When I got there they told me no return or exchange. They were very rude and were literally pushing us out of the store.
Very nice husband and wife. Answer any question you have and helps u out a lot. I love this pharmacy a lot
