Thrifty White Pharmacy

Clean inside, lots of over the counter products on shelves you can choose from. I am a new customer there, only been in there 3 times within past month. But what I have experienced so far from staff is kindness, willing to help and answer any questions I may have.

I’ve never had an issue here until recently, staff was always friendly & worked with me greatly! Now, in the last 3-5 months or so it’s been COMPLETELY different. I call to question things & explain, I get a very fast answer as I’m still talking ‘have a good day’ and hangs up.. as I’m still trying to speak with you?! I’m NOT a fan of the newer ladies, they seem to be really disrespectful/rude. Most times I walk in feeling welcomed, get my questions answered, & they get my medications to me fast. It’s so much slower now, i don’t feel welcomed & when I’m trying to speak/ask question I feel like I’m being rushed or they don’t care. I hate being questioned about my medication , that information is between my doctor & I, nothing you need to be informed of.

I rarely write reviews but the frustration I experienced at this pharmacy warrants a review and a heads up to anyone else looking for the Pfizer vaccine. My daughter participates in sports after school and we've been unable to get her in to a clinic as the times aren't conducive to her schedule. I looked up Pfizer vaccine locations and saw that Thrifty White has Saturday hours. Great! Last Saturday I brought her in to Thrifty White to get her COVID vaccine done. Unfortunately they were unwilling to do it as they said it was too close to the time they would be closing. Frustrating, but I understood. I did explain to them at that point that I needed to find a vaccine location open on Saturdays preferably local. The woman wasn't at all helpful or friendly but suggested I go to Walmart. Walmart doesn't offer the Pfizer vaccine... I'm surprised a pharmacy in town doing COVID vaccinations isn't aware of what vaccines the other local pharmacies are providing This Saturday I made sure we were there in the morning. Same woman but this time she informed me we needed an appointment something we were not told the first time I again explained our situation and asked if there was any way we could get in at some point today. I was more than willing to be flexible. Nope, I'd need to go online and make an appointment. And that was that. I'm glad our monthly prescriptions are filled at another pharmacy. Needing any type of assistance or help from this pharmacy appears as if it wouldn't easily offered up. In conclusion if you're looking for the Pfizer vaccine make an appointment...and also be prepared for unhelpful staff should you need something or have questions.

I get my medications at Thrifty White Pharmacy. The girls working there are very helpful and friendly.

Was able to get my Covid shot here. Friendly staff, super easy process. Would highly recommend!

Switched pharmacies to Thrify after being disappointed with the services I received from my previous pharmacy and I'm never going back.
