I had the Pleasure of meeting Ms. Brenda in the Jewelry department here at this location. I had been looking for a recliner but couldn't find one I liked or could afford. Then I received a flyer in the mail and perfect there they were on sale. I went and bought my chair but when they went to pick it up I was given the wrong chair. I took the chair back but in the meantime my friend saw my chair liked it so much that I had to buy him one also. The exchange and the new purchase went smooth and perfect. What a crappy online ordering experience. If you order online, all purchases must be verified through the Kmart / Sears Security Department it's the same company folks. That means a phone call where you get to recite your order - who you are, what was ordered, where it's to be delivered, etc. If you miss that call, you have to take your time to call them back or the order will be cancelled — completely eliminating the advantage of online shopping. Kmart / Sears doesn't get ecommerce at all. They claim their security process is the protect you from fraud, but it's actually to protect themselves. I can't think of another online store that does this. Even if I have to pay a more, Amazon, Ebay, and B&H Photo get my business from here on out. Goodbye Kmart and Sears, I'm not coming back. Sears stock has been on a downhill slide since 2007, now I know why.

It's gloomy, poorly stocked seems like a store that is having a "Store Closing Sale", very slow checkout, bait and switch sales tactics had a sale on a certain brand of potato chips and had another type that wasn't included in the sale on the middle shelf of the rack, and the microwave that we went there to buy was completely defective when we got it home and turned it on.

I love that they have a tall person section for men's clothing, prices are great.

Good Kmart to go to after going to the movies next door. But sadly it closed down about 5 months ago.

Love this Store. Its all about Customer Service, Better than Walmart, Better Customer Service!!!

Great place to shop and Costco is next store.

Most well run and organized Kmart I've shopped at.

Nothing to hate...just sad that it's going out of business.
