It was very busy while we were here but the staff was quick to help and kept the lines moving. Nice bowling lanes and a few great trampoline areas, as well as an enormous arcade. Be ready to spend a bit of money in the arcade and you will have a blast.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 min
This was a very fun place. Most of the staff looked over it all and looks like they need a vacation. Many of the machines were broken. Bathrooms were clean and very nicely decorated. Absolutely a place for kids or kids at heart that want to play games and get your standard Arcade prizes in the end. Expect to pay lots and get little prizes. My favorite game was the coin pusher game however not sure it paid out like it should have. Still fun, would recommend for large groups with kiddos.
We had a great time! Staff was very helpful and catered to our needs.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entryFree
This place is ever changing and I love them doing that because honestly I was born in the early 80's and I remember the old dells being the exact same every single year and nothing ever changed! Eventually it just got old and we stopped going as often but now with this return trip during spring break we stopped in and seem many new games and things to do that were included in the Need for Speed unlimited pass for like 35 with the coupon for 5 off from the book. I see they have a new VR game to play with friends and can have 4 play at once or with each other. Also a huge thing that I think is a great idea for moving forward is so go to digital tickets and just track them with the card instead of having to deal with a crazy amount of tickets because if anyone has epic sibling battles or parents vs kids battles at some of these games the tickets pile up quick that then need to get feed in to a machine to count which was a pain. Now it's just better and better. Thank you so much!
It's a nice place. However $40 for the wristbands is excessive considering what you're limited to for activities. If you have little ones there's more available. Trampoline in extra.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$31+
The owners of this establishment are awesome for creating such an amazing place to take the kids. We love it here every time we go to the Dells! The games are pretty pricey but you can't beat the fun there is to be had here. Truly wish they'd franchise out!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree

Facility is hands down fantastic. What could have been an amazing experience was quickly ruined by the staff who worked there. Endless games and fun activities throughout the place with unlimited rides. The issue were the horrible attitudes by most of the staff who acted completely annoyed at the fact that they had to operate the ride for your children. The constant eye rolls, rude comments, and just overall demeanor took away from a potentially fun family experience. We spent several hundred dollars to have a fun family day and it was taken from us by the people working here. Will not be returning and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
The arcade is a complete rip off. You are better off just burning your money. $50 got both my kids 112 “spurs” to play games, because they couldn’t split the normal $50 deal. Most games are 8,10 or 20 tokens. A good amount of games were down before we walked in and at least 2 went down while we were playing, not to mention the numerous other games we noticed went down while we were there. I’d never visit again.
If you're like me, then you like Vegas. This place is a Vegas for kids. They loved it! How is it for adults with kids? Well, my kids and I shot some abominable snowman with snowballs in a VR game, my wife and I shot some zombies in a 3D game, everyone went on some rides similar to a carnival, and then we had good food at their restaraunt! It was fun for everyone, especially because the kids were tired out after it and went to bed soon after getting back
