We stayed in the RV part during a recent cross-country trip. It was cozy, the activities were fun and facilities were well kept. We had breakfast sandwiches at the food stand, were made to order understandably slower than fast food but worth the wait. The staff were all working hard to keep things running well. We stayed on the way out to the west coast and again on the way back as the kids enjoyed and requested a return trip!
My Family and I have been going for a few years now, the kids Absolutely Love it here. The Swimming area they have is Amazing for the kids and Adults. The activities they hold depending on the weekend are always a Blast which the kids Love as well. Getting to see Yogi Bear, Boo Boo, the Ranger is a Awesome Experience for the kids and getting pictures for Great Memories. Prices aren't too Bad, they have tent sites which is what we always do, with electricity and bathrooms are usually pretty close depending on where you are, but they have Cabins and R.V sites as well. Overall Amazing time, Great Family Fun!!!
I really enjoyed my stay with my 2 children. There were frequent activities throughout the day. Canoeing on mirror lake was really pretty and a nice added bonus of staying at the campground. We were close enough to the Dells to enjoy the touristy aspects but far enough to enjoy quiet nights together making Smores. I want to give a special shout out to Senna I'm not sure if I am spelling that correct - she made the camp experience amazing. She was running the activities during our stay and was super friendly and personable. We will definitely be back in the future!
We camped here in our RV and experienced INCREDIBLE service by the staff here. Our kids had a blast every day with all the activities and events, and I was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness throughout. Even if you don't plan on renting a canoe for the day, don't miss an opportunity to walk down to the lake. It's a bit of a hike, but the view is quite serene. We have been recommending this resort to everyone we know! Food & drinks: The poolside tiki bar was a nice added touch for parents!
The experience my sons and I had at Jellystone was phenomenal. We payed for 2 nights, but only stayed 1, but we'll worth the price. My boys enjoyed all the activities they offer. Cannot wait until we can afford to come again. Thank you for the wonderful memories Jellystone. Nearby activities: The Dells are a very short drive with lots to do.
We loved going here! It was a different experience having to pack your own sheets, but that made it feel more like camping, which we love to do. The pools are amazing, the staff is super friendly, and we had an amazing time for my son's 8th birthday. There were surprisingly a bunch of activities available to do, and the game room wasn't too bad. Our kids will hopefully always look back on those memories fondly.
We decided to go to this location because they had so many dog friendly cabins. We had such a lovely time the dogs really enjoyed the park, probably our best part was our walk down to the boat landing absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. And my girls really loved the cat who lives in the office.Rooms: 5/5
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time camping at this park! Great activities for all of our kids ages ranging from 4-13! Thanks for the fun time! It's our second year coming and we really enjoy how it's a short drive from the Twin Cities and has a big variety of fun. Other Campers are also really respectful every time we've stayed here. Safety: Very secure and safe park!
I can’t believe not every single review mentions the highway noise, it is SO LOUD! We stayed in the Retro Family Cabins which were right up against the highway, it was not peaceful by any means. We paid over $1000 for three nights for our cabin which was completely dilapidated. It smelled like natural gas and there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. They also didn’t have any hand soup in the bathroom which I found very strange. Our trip started in the middle of the week so it wasn’t too busy but by Friday they had completely crammed tents in every possible spot. This made the small pool too chaotic to use and the snack shack had one person working the entire time so after about 20 minutes of waiting we just gave up. They also sneakily charged a $25 fee right before our stay to hold the cabin that we had reserved. They said the system did this automatically because they noticed we had booked two cabins with the same last name. Trying to nickel and dime someone who is spending that kind of money to stay in a dumpy cabin was my first red flag. Fortunately they did refund that fee but it left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff we did encounter was friendly and the kids did have fun on the waterslides when there weren’t too many kids but we were all in consensus that we would never stay here again. It was so disappointing considering the amount we spent.
Ok, let's start with . It needs a major update. If they charge those kind of prices, put some money into it. More toilets and showers, pool dressing areas, and showers. Everything looks way overused. I've been going there for 40 years, and the only things that have changed are the additions of the water play ares. And of course campsite and cabins. I will say concessions are good. They did me a solid by making me a double strawberry birthday funnel cake. Sandwiches and fries were good. Oh, and the characters were out and about. I was very happy about that. If you have a camper great you don't have to share a bathroom, then it is a 4 star.
