Love this department store! They now have Sephora at this location! I did order my daughter a backpack off the app over a week ago, it was originally supposed to be here Saturday before school started, which would have been perfect, however, it's now 3days later than the original arrival date & my daughter is going to school without a backpack. Upset at the situation, I know things happen, but it should not take almost 2 weeks to get her from wherever its coming! I've had stuff shipped from over seas that made it here quicker.
Kohl's is OK. Sometimes they have a great deal you weren't expecting to find. My issue if that my local Kohl's put in an obnoxious Sephora layout where the watches and cologne/perfume were. Totally ruined the place for me really. I personally have no need to go in there any more except to get my kids clothes. Too bad.
This is a great Kohl's with great selection and they keep the store clean and tidy. What more can you ask for? Starting soon they will do a catered buffet on the first Wednesday. Boom! How's that for service?!

I went to return an item that had messed up/ dirty packaging that I hadn’t originally noticed when purchasing. When I presented my receipt, the return associate on the Amazon side of returns she was covering my general kohl’s return asked me if this is how I received the product in a condescending, somewhat judgmental manner. She seemed to make it like me returning a product was a joke. She had the opportunity to return the product and provide a positive interaction but chose to make my return experience unpleasant. I simply responded that I had it in my bag and was returning it. If I see this employee working returns again I will politely decline her service and ask for someone else.
Good place for shopping merchandise are well sorted organized facility is very nice and cleaned. Prices reasonable and selections are widely available for all age, I can just finished the whole Christmas shopping in only on trip. Staff are always kind on spot and helpful.
I shop there regularly. I like the 30% off & $10 for every $50 spent Kohls cash. Kohls cash needs to be for everything Kohl's sells not select items.. Staff is friendly & efficient. I do a lot of online shopping due to the current gas prices & I find better bargains online. It's a 45 minute drive to Kohl's from my house.
For their prices, it's worth the effort to go there. It seems that they are perpetually in sale mode. The staff are top notch and will bend over backwards to help you be happy and get you into what you want. Please, just an observation and a favor to ask of every shopper, these folks work hard to have a great shopping experience for you by making your visual senses satisfied by their non stop folding, presentation, knowledge of their brand and curious staff. It's your Kohls, treat it that way, don't thrash it or let your kids run amuck, they aren't baby sitters. Anyway enjoy your shopping
