Never answer phones and don't call back. I left a message that I really needed help and no one ever called back. I liked my therapist but besides that, this place just does not get the job done. I don't understand why a doctors office operates like this.

When I was in crisis, Kreinbrook completely let me down. The gentleman we spoke with over the phone didn't seem to have any game plan for dealing with patients in crisis. What?!? He was completely robotic and unfeeling towards my distress. He couldn't connect me with a psychiatric nurse or other qualified person to advise me. He didn't even know the local crisis helpline number. IF YOU ARE WORKING IN MENTAL HEALTH YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS. I didn't receive a response to the message I left with this individual until 48 hours later, when I was already hospitalized. Even prior to this crisis, their client service overall has been terrible. At each appointment I told them my new last name for 4 months and they still kept sending over my scripts to the pharmacy with my maiden name. When I had issues this week with filling a medication that was almost completely out, I was yet again treated as a low priority. I had to spend precious hour after hour, day after day to finally get the medication I need. Also, what kind of practice lets a cat roam around the reception desk?!? I've been a patient here since I moved to the area 9 months ago. The only reason I stayed so long in spite of the horrible client service is because of the one very shining star in this review- my nurse practitioner Debra Coats. She is very thorough in her work, personable and truly cares for her patients. Debra truly believes in her patients, and goes goes above and beyond for us. Please, take good care of yourself. Go somewhere that will be prepared to advocate for you, not merely tolerate you. Kreinbrook is not such a place.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. Set an appointment took off work to have them call and cancel. I did not reschedule with them I will not reschedule with a place that don't care about a child's mental health and put them second to schedule with someone else especially when we been waiting for months. We may have to wait longer with a other center but I'm willing to do that with a better behavorial center who does not cancel to schedule with someone else.

The ONLY reason I remained a patient here for the past five years is because of the EXCEPTIONAL doctor I had but now that they're gone, so am I; I learned two days before my appointment that it was canceled and that my doctor was no longer there. Two days. Their staff is horribly rude and unprofessional, especially the man who sits at the right of the desk in the parent building. I would dread having to call or go to my appointment cause I knew I'd have to deal with him. He has been condescending to me on more than one occasion. He has no business being the face of a company in such a sensitive niche and I hated every interaction where he always acted like he had better places to be. Several times the staff didn't put my appointments in, leaving me to drive the more than an hour I drove every time for nothing. Find somewhere else unless this is your only option. Seriously.

Made an appointment with them and got a phone call to confirm. While on the phone, the woman told me my state insurance was just fine, but my old commercial insurance was still showing up in their system. She then went on to explain this means their system will take longer to properly bill the insurance company. Weird, because I've been going to my GP and picking up prescriptions with no problem. I asked how this would effect my appointment, and she said as long as I call the public welfare office today to have them take off my old plan I should be fine. I don't know about you, but that sounds like she's telling me I won't be seen if it's not taken care of today. I have my mom take care of the phone calls because my anxiety makes phone calls very difficult for me, hence the seeking of treatment. Long story short, not only was it a problem that was their's fix that they wanted us to do for them, she told my mother she never technically said my appointment would be affected. Appointment cancelled. Now they won't get paid at all.

Zero stars. Absolute worst. The doctor was very very rude. I spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t seem to care one bit. It’s surprising that they don’t take patient’s feedback seriously considering the terrible reviews already posted. Dr. Solan didn’t listen to anything I said to her. I told her that my GP thought my medication wasn’t the best for me and when I tried to tell her about my symptoms, she would cut me off mid-sentence. After 20 minutes, she INCREASED my current medication, wrote a script, and told me to schedule in two weeks. How do you make a proper diagnosis when you don’t listen to what the patient has to say?! I really hope she was just having a bad day otherwise I don’t know how she is helping any patients with this kind of treatment.

The doctors are rude and any who aren’t tend to leave the practice fairly quickly. The office staff never answers the phone and doesn’t put medication refills through to the pharmacy no matter how many times you ask them to. If you call and leave a message, don’t expect a call back. You’re better off not wasting your time with this practice. They don’t care about their patients and have no interest in doing their jobs.

ZERO STARS! I advise anyone to stay far away from this place. Staff is impossible to get a hold of my therapist refused to schedule out so I was always being squeezed in due to the nature of my own schedule instead of saying I know I can make every week at this time they wouldn't schedule me. I got called for a med check when I needed blood work tht they had just given me a week prior and had not been yet completed again due to my hectic schedule. They called me then berated me for it not being done yet and then wanted to increase my medication anyway. This place is a disaster and I have no idea how they're still functioning. Stay far far away.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received from a medical practice. Would not speak to an animal the way their associate Joe spoke to me as I was trying to explain my concerns. Cut me off repeatedly, acted like I was a child or drug addict trying to receive narcotics when I simply stating what the actual doctor I see has relayed to me in regards to stopping my medication without properly stepping it down. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Dr. Ahmad however is excellent and I will miss him.

I have been going here for the past few months. And that was a few months completely wasted. They never answer their phones, trying to get an appointment is virtually impossible when calling the office, and they are never on time for appointments. I had a phone appointment today at 1:45pm with Tara Comer for prescription refills and over half an hour passed so I figured maybe they meant the 17th of May and not April, and I had things to do, so I went to the store for a few things super quick. I got a call at 2:50 when I was leaving the store. I called back TWO MINUTES later and they never answered. I called her number itself she called from a dozen times, no answer. It was only TWO MINUTES after that call with a message saying to reschedule. But now it looks like I can't even get through to reschedule. It's not my fault that my appointment was for 1:45 and she called over an hour later. I will never use their services again. DO NOT GO HERE.
