Kroger

Curbside is incredibly slow. I waited 40 minutes for my groceries. That is ridiculous. Especially when I’m the only car here. It would have been faster to go in the store and do my own shopping. Never again.

Honestly, this is the better of the Krogers in this area. This always has a large variety of fresh produce, the staff is usually friendly, and this store is cleaner than others. If you need a good Kroger, give the Ann Arbor Road location a try.

This is a great Kroger. You can buy nuts and some snacks by the pound. Open. Friendly staff. Sushi bar. Many prepackaged ready to go foods made daily. I love that the deli precuts slices in half a pound qualities so you can get deli meat without waiting. I’d prefer some 1/4 packages too if you’re listening Kroger to add to my variety.

Largest Krogers I have visited. Yet. It is the best organized and cleanest. All like items are shelved together. Did not get the name of the lady who assisted me but she was completely knowledgeable of the store.

Store is always busy, morning, noon and night. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There was an occasion when I asked someone to service the bottle return machine as all of them weren’t working. I got “Don’t people know there is a limit on returns a day?!?” I said “Sir, I just got here. All of your machines are full.” Once he fixed one of the machines, I thanked him and said “I want you to know I appreciate you, have a good night man.” Maybe this guy just had a bad day. Over all this Kroger is nice, normally stocked well and clean.

The Plymouth Kroger is so stress inducing busy most of the time I hate going in there because I get a panic attack everybody's in the parking lot it's crowded, Never go on Saturday or Sunday or anyday around 2p to 8pm or go at 0630 early or at 9pm they close at 10p fyi if u must take a chill pill and gird your loins or go to Busch's and spend twice as much for a calmer experience your choice for females when Aunt Flow is visiting just go to Busch's it's cheaper than court costs lol

Sabrina and Matthew were so helpful. I had such a great experience at this Kroger and will definitely be returning.

The workers at this Kroger are great, always willing to help and they move fast during check out. The big problem is that the store is constantly being rearranged by corporate and no one knows where anything is, including the workers!! The app isn’t even updated to the correct locations. This store is better stocked than others in the area.
